Brought my AR in to get the muzzle changed. David didn't have any crush washers in stock but sent me close by to some place that did, had me come back and took the time to do it right. Cleaned off the threads, timed the comp perfectly straight with the right tools and without blemishes. There's plenty of dishonest shops out there that will cut corners to rush things out, this armory isn't one of them. David, thanks bro. read more

I already knew what was needed to buy Firearms, But Jeff showed me step by step and made the Process a Lot less complicated. THANK YOU..!! What Ever Questions You Have..... JEFF Will Answer Them All and Will Have A Couple Of Wise Words Too.. :) I bought an ANDERSON AR-15 that Jeff already built. He showed me how to Operate it Properly. I went to the Range and It Shoots Great. I also bought a SPRINGFIELD XDs handgun. It's kinda small but Nice And shoots great. Built my first AR-15 and since I went the featureless route, I needed the flash hider removed. I don't have any tools and didn't want to risk damaging my barrel. Norco Armory is a local business close to where I live and the owner is a cool guy; polite over the phone and in person. He removed the flash hider and I also asked him install a muzzle brake. Quick and efficient; simple service but glad to have a local gunsmith do it. Will easily come back if I am in need of future services. read more

I took my Springfield XD9 to have it looked at because it wasn't firing. I called ahead and spoke to David who was very friendly and said he would take a look at it. When I arrived David took his time to take apart my firearm, diagnosed the problem, and instructed me what to do and to contact the manufacturer for the part needed and he would repair my gun. David did a great job and was very friendly and helpful. If you ever need a good gunsmith, David is the man. read more

I was looking for a Turner's alternative (horrendous customer service and I gave them many chances). Walked into Norco Armory and noticed it was a small but well put together store. A gentleman greeted us (sorry I didn't get your name) and I was amazed at how well we were treated and all of the information we were given. He made me feel like I can come in with any question no matter how novice and I'd get an answer without judgement. From the start of the whole experience the person who actually gave me the time of day and common courtesy unlike other establishments was Allie she was considerate and well informed about the specific gun I was inquiring about and even went out of her way to contact their distributor to get her hands on one. As soon as she got her hands on one she gave me a call and said I had first dibs basically and that I had a few days to reserve it before she called anyone else on the wait list which is more then anyone could ask for. Same day she called I went in to reserve the gun for purchase. Upon meeting her in person as well as Max it was a very pleasant and welcoming introduction/environment store is well kept gun displays are super clean and everything really uniform and presentable. As soon as I started to talk she knew who I was and went to grab the firearm. Her and Max were letting me get a feel for the gun(the break, slide release etc)then I started to ask about other guns and they immediately pointed me in the direction of other guns and one I might like better upon my request of their recommendation. This was my first gun purchase and wanted to make the right decision and with their knowledge and reasoning as to why I should choose this particular gun I was sold. Only thing keeping me from making a quicker decision was just the fact I really liked the look of my first choice but with enough time and comparison of both of them in my hands and testing out different things I ended up changing my mind to the 2nd choice. They immediately grabbed me a brand new one opened it for me and let me be the first to handle it which for me was just the icing on the cake for my first time Experience. Being there in that environment with such friendly people with the conversation and tips and recommendations I couldn't Recommend this shop more to anyone. I will 100% be back and tell anyone I know who is ready for a firearm purchase to come here because they deserve the business because they go out of their way to earn it. The front sight came loose within the first 20 rounds at the range, and the rear sights were not centered. Took it back and the guy just screwed the front sight back on without even looking at it so it was crooked again. Took it to another shop to get the front and rear sights centered, and they did it perfectly within 5 minutes. Very disappointing experience.

I have so far had 2 sights installed by Jeff at Norco Armory. for my first sight for my Glock 19 I had purchased a sight drifter off of Ebay from a guy that 3D printed them.. So I thought I would give it a shot.. nope.. it got stuck half way into the slide. took it to Jeff..being the knowledgeable gunsmith that he is.. he used his expertise, he knew that trigicon sites need to be modified slightly to be able to seat correctly in the groove of the slide for a Glock. Azul V was referring to me in his unjustified review . Jeff was using a Sight Drifter.. but in the iterations to get the sight to fit correctly it will get stuck until the proper amount of material is shaved off the new sight. Jeff was not pounding the sight in with a metal punch. I am pleased with Norco Armory gunsmith service.. 2nd Glock sights installed.. third one on the way.. A+++, One-stop-shop! The wife and I took the Handgun Safety Test here. We both bought awesome handguns here, and Norco Armory was even able to beat the big shop's prices, like Bass Pro and Turners. Jeff (the gunsmith) has repaired 3 of my firearms in the last few months, and was even able to find an unusual magazine that I have been actively searching for for about 6 YEARS. It took Jeff like 2 days to find it. Unbelieveable!!! I'm so glad to have these guys in Norco. Now I might look at guns at other shops, but when I find what I like I'm calling ang going to the best gun shop in the IE: Norco Armory! Needed a gunsmith to install a slide racker for my M&P Shield .40. I'm still a relative newbie to shooting and the gunsmith recommended to me at the range was a considerable distance further away. Found Norco Armory online. So on a Saturday morning I decided to stop by. Both Jeff and his wife were friendly and the customer service great.
