Billy is the mans man! Very welcoming and knowledgeable all around great guy. His shop carries a variety of firearms and accessories. Ammunition is at a great price. Your one stop shop he offers gun smithing as well. I'd support this shop over any big company anytime

Billy really knows guns every time I come in he"ll show me a really cool gun that's hard to get for example he had a Colt 45 anniversary and two desert eagles but even beyond that Billy always in lightens me in guns general and/or gun laws. $10 bucks to have your ammo shipped here is another plus

Downgrading my rating from a 5 star to a 2 star. I called Grizzly Firearms Inc today about having…read morean online ordered trigger delivered to them, an FFL. The FFL requirement is due to the new CA AB 1263. Shockingly, the store said they would charge "$25 to $35" just to "process" the trigger. This immediately came off as exploitative of law abiding consumers. I was supposed to agree that storing a tiny trigger group would cost Grizzly Firearms Inc $25-$35? Additionally, the desk clerk suggested that trigger orders from online retailers must be delivered to an FFL, which I later found to be inaccurate. I later contacted another FFL, who asked for $10 to process the trigger, and informed me that online retailers can actually ship triggers to consumers as long as the latter agree to sign the package and verify their addresses. It is unfortunate that FFL and citizens must abide by California's 2A-infringing laws. However, I find that charging consumers $25-$35 for accepting online transfer of mere trigger groups, which take up little space, definitely come off as greedy and unpatriotic. Very disappointing, and extra disappointing knowing that this FLL claims to be a Christian business. This is not it!

The process was smooth, organized, and there were no long lines like I've experienced at some of the big-box stores. Audrey was outstanding. She was knowledgeable, patient, answered all of my questions, and even price matched to help keep my costs down. I never felt rushed or pressured into buying anything. Buying firearms can sometimes feel like a long, drawn-out, all-day process. This was anything but. The entire experience was relaxed, efficient, and professional from start to finish. I'll definitely be back for future purchases and would highly recommend them

I tried to wait patiently the last time but got discouraged and left. Apparently they don't care either. I explained to the lady at her desk next to the front door that I couldn't wait any longer because there's to many other places I could take my business to. She politely said, "that's ok, have a nice day". My feeling is that this family owned business with which seems like at least 10 employees (including office staff) have unfortunately lost all care and concern for new Customers. I gave the 2 stars because I also bought my gun there the month prior. But even then I never felt appreciated. The whole staff, they wander around doing their own thing and completely ignore walk-ins. Got a question, take a #. Never again will I return to this store and I would not recommend them to anyone.

After finishing the rounds I brought, I noticed my groupings were down and to the left. Since I had just installed a new optic, I thought it might not be zeroed correctly. On my way out, I decided to ask for some advice. Mike was extremely kind and took the time to ask a few questions to understand the issue. He then gave me about 36 rounds, told me to grab a new target, and said he'd meet me in a lane. Long story short, he spent 10-15 minutes helping to figure out the problem and got me shooting in the right direction ;) at no cost. I didn't expect that at all and couldn't be more grateful for his time. I also met Steven, the owner, who was just as friendly and took time to answer my questions about purchasing specific firearms. At no point did I feel like a burden. Thanks again for your time, I'll definitely be back, even with a 30-40 minute commute. It's worth it.

But I had a good experience at this range. The staff seemed welcoming and no one was unusually awkward nor starred at me. They were polite and professional all the way.
