I was very pleased when Austin electrical showed up in time and with a whole team of people ready to work. Austin, Manny, Frank and Randy, they were all so polite and respectful of my property which for us it's very important. I asked them to wear shoe covers in the house and they were able to provide that too. I think his prices were honest and in my opinion it's better to spend a bit more and hire an electrician rather than let a handyman handle electrical work . I had a couple of situations that needed some troubleshooting to understand where the problem was when some things were not working and Austin was able to fix them. They tidied up and cleaned up the space really nicely , they even had special wipes to remove fingerprints from walls , they vacuumed and they had buckets to throw all of the trash in it , it was really impressive to see men paying attention to these kind of things . Recently I was having an issue with a junction box in my garage that was crackling and humming in a way that it really shouldn't have and it was causing the garage door to not operate, I reached out to Austin as he had done work for me when I first moved into my house a couple years back, and although he was tied up that afternoon he was quick to get me scheduled the following day, and despite having some timing restrictions on when I was available he was gracious enough to make it work. Austin is a stand up guy, after reviewing the issue he provided me with two quotes, one was a simple repair of the junction box restoring it to how it was (which was not ideal and I'd end up back in the same spot at a later point) and the second option was fixing the box but also setting it up in a way that allowed me to retain the garage door functions along with the light that used to be attached to the junction box. Due to finances I had initially opted to do the simpler repair however Austin was able to work with me to get it done properly, allowing me to pay a portion up front and then a payment for the second half. Not many people out there are willing to work with you when it comes to this type of work, let alone the quality of work that Austin does. Austin and his team member had the garage door electrical and light back up and working extremely quick and made the entire process very pain free, I highly recommend him and will be giving him a call the next time I have electrical needs! read more

Seemed very knowledgeable since they were able to fix and install outlets, and get light fixture working quickly. However, considering how much they quoted and charged for electrical panel maintenance and replacing emergency exit lights, their work should have been more reliable. I had to call another company to fix those areas. After speaking with the owner and being told that the emergency exits lights were tested, I didn't feel comfortable having them come out again. I end up using two other companies after a fire inspection. After the first inspection, a company had to maintenance the electrical panel siting it appeared it had neglected for many years (at no charge). After the second fire inspection, I had to call another company to repair the emergency Exit lights. It was found that the battery was not connected in either of the emergency exit lights this company installed. Prices too high for their level of service, and don't indicate or offer to review their work at no charge. read more
