I tried to explain the work I wanted to get a quote on and Fong asked if he could just come by the house at look so I said no problem. I wanted to run power to my 12' X 10' shed in the back yard and to my surprise Fong looked at a couple of things and said no problem. He made a few suggestions like using conduit to for protection because it was an outside structure. We settled on a price and Fong set me a quote that night with an ETA of the following week. Phong was great! When I had to replace a ceiling fan, I ran into several issues with whomever did the wiring last. I ended up with extra wires, and other things in the house not working. After troubleshooting with my brother in law who's in the contracting business, he told me to hire an electrician because of the complexity and danger involved. Phong came out quickly to troubleshoot a failing outlet. It wasn't easy to figure out, but he found the mysterious hidden box in the attic where the wires were loose. The attic was very small and hard to access. I then asked him to add 2 dedicated 20 amp outlets with separate breakers to the kitchen. He surveyed the site and came up a solution that didn't require breaking drywall or drilling through studs. Most importantly, Phong was easy to talk to. He doesn't frown when I asked him questions. He worked with my idea to come up with the solution that worked for me.
