Power Systems Electric is the best!! They are run by a husband and wife duo. Both are very sweet and friendly. Everything about the work being done was explained in detail....Especially the "why is this important". Power Systems has been out to my home twice (different issues) and both times I was impressed and very pleased with the work done. You can never be too careful when letting someone work on your electricity. My kinds are now ranting/raving about the tight electrical outlets. It's like love at first sight. I think the two things that stood out to me most were: when I asked questions, Dan wasn't hesitant to answer. He wasn't after money. Dan and Lisa are comfortable just helping out. New to the area and don't know many people or companies to reach out to when having issues at home. I gave the company a call, and immediately received a response. The husband and wife have such a warm feeling and off the bat can tell that they want to do one thing! And that is help you with your issues and resolved them. Lisa tried to help me restore my power over the phone for 45 minutes, in case If it was a easy fix and wouldn't have to drive over. She was very helpful but unfortunately, couldn't the power on. Made an appointment for the same day. The husband arrived and very professional and great gentleman. In under 20 minutes, resolved my issue and it was the main circuit breaker that had been fried. Researched alot of companies and reviews. Reviews for this company were great and what really made me give them a try was the response time. I called left a message and received a call back shortly. Spoke to Lisa she was friendly and listened to all my needs. Lisa advised she would call back once someone was on the way. I received a call back in about an hour or so and advised her hubby would be by shortly. Long story short all my electrical needs were taken care of for a reasonable price. YESSSS!!!! These guys came out tonight (after 5pm). I was a bit panicked because I smelled burning plastic and then the power went out. They were already at another job, but made the time to come by. That's not even the best part . . . I had left messages with at least 10 electricians and handymen. I received calls back with quotes from $200 - $350, with a one to three day availability. Power Systems Electric called within about 15 minutes. They came to the house within three hours; found the problem and fixed it . . . all for $75. BOOM! We have a remodeled home and have dealt with a LOT of sketchy (licensed) contractors. These guys are quick, efficient and honest. We now have a "Go-To" electrician. On top of the whole thing: the owners are as honest and down-to-earth as they come. He's a military vet, who will refuse to take more than what is needed. His wife, will give advice and have you try things out before they come out. Come on now . . . who does this anymore??? These guys rock!!! read more

Had some outlets that lost power after an outage. Talked with Lisa on the phone about my issue and she was extremely thorough on explaining the whole process and next steps. Her husband went over the same day and fixed the issue. Next day the same issue popped again and talked to Lisa about the problem again. Her husband went back and fixed the problem without charging me. Lisa and her husband provided great service and were very transparent throughout the whole process. We lived without lights in our closet and bathroom for 2 years. We put it off for some reason. I decided to surprise my boyfriend and get it fixed. Daniel was friendly and professional. Overall, the process was nothing but amazing! I called the minute my power went out in my bedroom and I left a voicemail with Lisa, who reached out to me shortly after and walked me through a reset process over the phone to try and resolve it right then and there! The gesture was appreciated, but unfortunately I still needed service to be done. Thankfully she was able to set up an appointment with me the next day and accommodated to my work schedule! We thought we needed to add another outlet/socket under our sink after we added a pump for our tankless water heater. We only had two outlets, but needed three. But, after just speaking with Lisa on the phone and her confirming with her husband, the electrician, we only had to get an outlet adapter for two plugs so we then had enough places to plug all three in.
