Back in 2020 i had reached out to Power Systems and after two calls and filling out online form I never had a response and gave them a 1 STAR rating. I gave them another try and boy, what a difference. I was in a pinch during a remodel and needed the panel upgraded and a 30 amp outlet for my RV (which we are living out of during the remodel). Not only did Lisa respond quickly she also slid me into their schedule to get the work done quickly. Dan did some outstanding work in providing a clean and professional install while Lisa (a real sweetheart) kept me informed at each step. Glad to support local business and thanks to you both! read more

Dan and Lisa are truly the best! We were having electrical issues with our house which was extremely concerning and stressful because we have a newborn and it was 100 degrees outside. Dan came out to our house promptly though and was able to identify the issue right away! Lisa's communication was so reassuring, and I felt genuinely cared about and my concerns were listened to. They treated us like family and I'm so grateful. This is the kind of business you want to go to for any electrical problems! It's rare these days to find businesses that give quality service the way they do! read more

Power Systems Electric is the best!! They are run by a husband and wife duo. Both are very sweet and friendly. Everything about the work being done was explained in detail....Especially the "why is this important". Power Systems has been out to my home twice (different issues) and both times I was impressed and very pleased with the work done. You can never be too careful when letting someone work on your electricity. My kinds are now ranting/raving about the tight electrical outlets. It's like love at first sight. I think the two things that stood out to me most were: when I asked questions, Dan wasn't hesitant to answer. He wasn't after money. Dan and Lisa are comfortable just helping out. Next, my 7 year old gave them gifts (who isn't appreciative of functional electricity ???). Dan and Lisa sent me a text for my son giving him praise. That touched my heart the most. They say it takes a village! Thank you both!! read more

I usually don't leave reviews! But I had to make sure they received an astonishing review and feedback based on their amazing and professional work. New to the area and don't know many people or companies to reach out to when having issues at home. I gave the company a call, and immediately received a response. The husband and wife have such a warm feeling and off the bat can tell that they want to do one thing! And that is help you with your issues and resolved them. Lisa tried to help me restore my power over the phone for 45 minutes, in case If it was a easy fix and wouldn't have to drive over. She was very helpful but unfortunately, couldn't the power on. Made an appointment for the same day. The husband arrived and very professional and great gentleman. In under 20 minutes, resolved my issue and it was the main circuit breaker that had been fried. Thanks to them my family had power again as we need it for work and school. You are paying for experience and professional work. Do not hesitate to give them a call, you will not be disappointed. Now we have their business cards and passed them around to my neighbors. Thank you Lisa and Dan for your amazing work! Eduardo and family read more

Researched alot of companies and reviews. Reviews for this company were great and what really made me give them a try was the response time. I called left a message and received a call back shortly. Spoke to Lisa she was friendly and listened to all my needs. Lisa advised she would call back once someone was on the way. I received a call back in about an hour or so and advised her hubby would be by shortly. Long story short all my electrical needs were taken care of for a reasonable price. I called other places and was quoted 100s of dollars. I would most definitely use Power Systems Electric again. Glad good people still exist!!! Thank you again. read more

YESSSS!!!! These guys came out tonight (after 5pm). I was a bit panicked because I smelled burning plastic and then the power went out. They were already at another job, but made the time to come by. That's not even the best part . . . I had left messages with at least 10 electricians and handymen. I received calls back with quotes from $200 - $350, with a one to three day availability. Power Systems Electric called within about 15 minutes. They came to the house within three hours; found the problem and fixed it . . . all for $75. BOOM! We have a remodeled home and have dealt with a LOT of sketchy (licensed) contractors. These guys are quick, efficient and honest. We now have a "Go-To" electrician. On top of the whole thing: the owners are as honest and down-to-earth as they come. He's a military vet, who will refuse to take more than what is needed. His wife, will give advice and have you try things out before they come out. Come on now . . . who does this anymore??? These guys rock!!! read more

Had some outlets that lost power after an outage. Talked with Lisa on the phone about my issue and she was extremely thorough on explaining the whole process and next steps. Her husband went over the same day and fixed the issue. Next day the same issue popped again and talked to Lisa about the problem again. Her husband went back and fixed the problem without charging me. Lisa and her husband provided great service and were very transparent throughout the whole process. I would definitely call them again for future electrical issues. read more

Overall, the process was nothing but amazing! I called the minute my power went out in my bedroom and I left a voicemail with Lisa, who reached out to me shortly after and walked me through a reset process over the phone to try and resolve it right then and there! The gesture was appreciated, but unfortunately I still needed service to be done. Thankfully she was able to set up an appointment with me the next day and accommodated to my work schedule! The electrician came out and solved the problem with ease! He was friendly and great to chat with, I enjoyed his company! He also offered some great information to help me prevent any future outages. I highly recommend this company seeing that they treat us like close friends rather than just your average customers. They will be the first person I call for any future electrical issues I may encounter. read more

We thought we needed to add another outlet/socket under our sink after we added a pump for our tankless water heater. We only had two outlets, but needed three. But, after just speaking with Lisa on the phone and her confirming with her husband, the electrician, we only had to get an outlet adapter for two plugs so we then had enough places to plug all three in. They didn't even have to come out to our place and charged us nothing. Quick response and great service! Thanks again for your help. Anita F. read more

It has been several weeks, the person worked on the street light in Westhaven community has wasted so much time yet the person still could not fix the light. You can see him came in and stayed there for minutes and drove away and came back for a few minutes and drove away. I don't understand it at all. It is a street light for god sick. read more

POWER SYSTEMS ELECTRIC - This company is awesome. Lisa was a help the moment she answered the phone. I was replacing a switched outlet and I was having a problem with putting the wires back in the right sequence. I tried various combinations with no luck. Lisa and her husband walked me through it and I was able to fix it. All along Lisa was reassuring, "don't worry we will get it fixed." Lisa said, "if we can't help you fix it, I will send my husband". Where do you find this type of customer service these days? I was absolutely blown away that they were willing to save me money and allowed me to first try to fix it myself with their guidance. I have never seen this type of customer service like this. I am their customer from here on! Thank you Lisa! read more

Lisa and her team at Power Systems are simply the best. They are fast, professional, friendly, and super accommodating. When I accidentally zipped into a wall-line during some drywall cutting, they got to me within 24 hours, and fixed the problem at a fantastic price. When I needed switches installed in a tight corner, they managed it immediately, professionally, and cheaply, and explained every step of the process to me as they did. They are my absolute go-to for electrical services in the IE. read more

I am so glad I came across Power Systems Electric-they were able to help me out for FREE over the phone when others could have taken advantage and charged me for a fuse I thought needed to be replaced. The person who spoke with me was extremely helpful and walked me through every step; even gave me an explanation as to why the problem happened in the first place and how to prevent it from happening again.
