Multiple messages sent and no response. He actually came over to help me with an outlet issue, fixed it quickly at a fair price and agreed to do some more work for me. Replied once awhile back saying he was too busy but would get back to me. I appreciate that we all get busy but am disappointed that he didn't keep his promise to get back to me and has ignored multiple follow messages. I sincerely hope he's okay at this point because he didn't seem like someone who would ghost a customer. read more

I had several electrical jobs that I needed to be done I had two outlets and a front light that weren't working and I wanted to replace two older lights for recess lights he actually came out took a look at the issue and not quoted me over the phone like most ppl do. He quoted me at a very reasonable price he seemed honest and he grew up in this community and actually wants to help and not rip people off. I called a few other electricians most quoted me over the phone and very pricey without even looking at the issue. He's been doing electrical work all over the country and knows his work very well he even checked other outlets to make sure they were working properly and even replaced one free of charge he was awesome and will definitely be my go to electrician form here on. read more

We were interested in adding more outlets to our garage. I was able to make an appointment with Rodney via email which was convenient for me. He was quick to respond and we were able to schedule a near date for service. After seeing our garage he was very helpful in determining the best locations for the outlets. A few hours later he was done! I would definitely recommend him to others and plan to use him for all of our future needs. read more

Can't say enough good things. Rodney is excellent! Conscientious, knowledgeable, honest, and just an amazingly nice person. I am having a bad experience with 1st time Spa hook up, wiring, and Main Panel upgrade job taking over a month, still barely started, and done poorly. Rodney stepped in to save me, and finish(ed) in a week, after having to rip out all the bad work from the previous electrician ( Actually, he is finishing today, which is day 7). Thank you Rodney, my faith is restored. read more

Rodney is a certified, qualified, service oriented, customer oriented, and business professional (punctual, knowledgeable, listener, etc.) His work is of the highest quality. His pricing is well within industry standards for services offered. Rodney solved my outside garage lights that were blinking on and off sporadically; one /two nights working properly, then for 3/4 nights blinking off and on. After his inspection he replaced the defective parts, inspected the working lights, and cleaned up! Talking to him now for additional electrical services I need. Found me a trustworthy electrician!! read more

Rondey is the nicest and the most polite person! We needed to have a lot of things done like new light switches, a chandelier, lights installed/swapped throughout the house, lighting installed in the garage, as well as several other electrical related projects. I could not be happier to have found Rodney to help us get these things done. Usually we would expect some dry wall cut outs (to fish out wiring for these kind of projects), however to our surprise there was none of that! Not having to do any drywall repair/ paint walls saved us money, also his pricing is overall really great! Rodney made sure everything was done to absolute perfection. He was always on time, communicative and just a kind person overall, I could not be happier to have found him because he will be the only person we call from now on when we need help with anything thats electrical related. read more

I like the fact that Robert, Owner, offered references from former clients if I wanted more info. of the quality of his work. He came to my home masked, and on time with his assistant. The job ran smoothly from beginning to end. Robert made sure we knew how our range hood worked. They cleaned up after completion of the job and even checked if we had ANY questions. I also liked the fact that once our range hood was delivered from the manufacturer he came to my home and looked at it to make sure we had everything we needed to ensure a good installation experience. read more

Great service ! I called around looking for an eletrician I must say Rodney was very professional and quick response to my issues .... my tenants reported that there was no power running in part of the house due to faulty outlets ... The price was fair and the best part was that because I live 40 miles away from my property .. Rodney sent me a secured link so i can pay with my credit card on line ... I will definitely keep his number in my phone book ! Thanks again Rodney for taking care of my tenants in Moreno valley . read more

Rodney is awesome. He is very knowledgeable in the electrical field and knows what he is doing. He replaced the a loose outlet in my kitchen, checked out another one in my bathroom which turned out to be working fine, but being the conscientious person he is, wanted to check it out to be sure. Furthermore, my 3-speed, 4-terminal fan chord broke and he replaced the inter compartment of the fan switch to fix the chord. Now it works beautifully. I am so grateful to him for that because he saved me from buying a whole new fan. He is high in demand, but it is worth it to wait when he is available. I highly recommend Rodney. read more

I called Rodney because I was in a jam. 60 miles from my 83 year old mom and not able to leave work, she calls me to say that not all of her outlets were working. Especially the one for the refrigerator. SCE isn't going to help and the first call to an electrician in the area didn't pick up. I called RW Electrical because of its proximity to my mom (but I was worried that there was only one review--albeit a great review). Rodney finished the job he was on and got to my mom's house. Fortunately it was simple and just a breaker. He didn't charge my mom for making the trek and called me to give me an update. My mom called after he left and was ecstatic as to how nice and professional the electrician has been. Anybody reading this review and the other on Yelp should rest assured that this is a top notch outfit!! read more

OMG, what a pro! I renovated my whole house and had a bunch of contractors help with projects (most were shitty). Rodney was always on time, professional, and knew the answers to ALL my questions. His finish work is exceptional and his pricing beat all others. If you want quality work done now, call Rodney at (951) 489-6693. You will be surprised, he is like no other! 5 STARS all the way! read more

I had an electrical issue that the contractor working on my house could not figure out. He literally worked on it for 1 full day and was stumped. I googled Chico electricians and called the first several I found (with no response). I called RW electric and they said they happened to be in the area and were at my house the SAME DAY. He searched for the problem which ended up being several power sources tied to an old timer. He fixed the problem (that had my contract of 40+ years stumped) in a matter of hours. He showed up promptly, professionally, and was very friendly. I would have recommended him to anyone after that first experience. BUT, then about a month later, I had another electrical problem that I could figure out. I called Robert and again he showed up that SAME DAY. He fixed the problem within a half hour then told me that he couldn't even charge me for it because it was such a simple fix. I cannot recommend strongly enough that you call RW electric. Great family owned Chico business! read more

Rodney was super friendly, on time and overall provided a pleasurable experience. He even offered most common solutions to my problem free of charge over the phone! I was selling my house and had a last minute request for electrical repairs. I called Rodney from RW Electrical and he was able to get to the property the same day. We lost power in half of our house! Rodney showed up within an hour of our call! He was very polite, professional and most importantly he fixed our problem in no time. Rodney was very professional and very prompt in answering my call. His service was exceptional. He checked the problem out and advised me it was and Edison problem. He did not charge me for the service call. He has a my business from now on. Thank you Rodney read more

Remarkable service! Just like one of the other reviewers, I called several electricians on a Saturday seeking help with an electrical issue my tenants were having. They informed me that several of the rooms in my rental home lost power. Me being a good landlord, I immediately tried to reach a qualified electrician to check out the problem. After trying several companies that either couldn't get to the job, or were just closed, I signed into Yelp and discovered RW. The ratings looked good so I decided to give them a try. Rodney answered and informed me that he was out of town, but could check out my property the next day which was Sunday! True to his word, we connected the next day, he evaluated my rental and quickly discovered I had a failing, slightly burned out breaker. He fixed it and charged a very fair price, especially for working on a Sunday! I highly recommend Rodney, he's very honest, prompt and professional. Give him a call, you won't be disappointed. read more
