The installation is so clean that you don't even notice them during the daytime. Also, he is so knowledgeable about the product that he will install them to get the maximum effect. In addition to the great installation, Alex has been invaluable with follow up support. When my lights malfuntioned due to product error, Alex was there to guide us through fixing the problem. I specifically told him I had another quote for $1,750, and he said $2,000 was the best he could do. I agreed to move forward with him because he had come out first, and we scheduled the work. The morning the work was supposed to be done, he texted me asking whether I was still going to provide 24 shirts and 12 hats for free in addition to paying the $2,000. That was never part of the agreement I agreed to. When I clarified that, instead of honoring the scheduled job, he told me to go with the other electrician. This wasn't the only communication issue. He also promised to send me the plans for the EV charger on Sunday, then said he would send them Monday, and I never received them. Changing the terms on the morning of a scheduled job and then backing out after I had planned around the appointment was extremely unprofessional and a waste of my time. Based on my experience, I would not recommend him. If you decide to work with him, I strongly suggest getting every detail of the price, scope of work, and any additional expectations in writing before scheduling.
