I stumbled upon Dukes because I needed an electrician and to investigate an issue on my patio that had me stumped. What got my attention was the initial call where I told Sean the problem and rather than being quick to have me pay anything he suggested some temporary troubleshooting tips that are typical with outdoor appliances. When that didn't fix it he said when do you want us out, I gave him a day, called back that day, he confirmed and within an hour, I had Darren at my doorstep ready to get to work. He did his thing followed the path found the issue fix it and offered some of the other services they provided like canned kitchen lights, installing ev chargers and even gave quotes that were reasonable.
