At the last minute Victor text that he was running late and asked if we wanted to reschedule. I told him we had a special event do we did not want to reschedule. Victor never showed up. Put a request on Home Depot Pro as I have been needing to fix the bathroom exhaust fan-it was squeaking horribly and didn't seem to be working at all. Had put in some Yelp quotes a while back but responses were kinda lax-they wanted me to call them, they didn't answer my questions, etc-maybe because it was not a big project for them-so I never got it done. Victor was the first to contact me from Home Depot with a quote-and right after I put it in. He answered my questions quickly and concisely on text which saved me from having to call during the day, very hard to do as I work full time, and he was able to come the very next morning when I happened to have the day off for other appts (one who didn't even show! Such a contrast as you'll see below!) Victor set a time between 8-9am, not 8-12 or longer like some, where you wait all day, and even texted at 8:15 he would be there in 30-35 min. And he was! Mask and gloves too-so important in this time! I had to switch some things around last minute so when he arrived, I asked him how long it would take to see if I could run out real quick while he was working, and he said an hour or less, so I figured I'd stay and wait. Well, it literally took maybe 15 min! He showed me it was working, went over how to keep it clean so I wouldn't have this issue again, even showed me the completely dust encrusted old motor. Very gentle demeanor too. Much appreciate the good work, unfortunately so hard to find reliable and dependable workmen nowadays. I called VR electric and the gentleman was very professional in explaining what he would work on for our electical issues and upgrades we wanted. Giving us several options and insite on LED vs regular light he started on the living room and added 3 ceiling LED lights like we chose. Couldnt believe what a major diffrence it made the living room look. On top of that he added some new connections for our washer and dryer. We are very please with his work. We are so impressed with Victor, we hired him for a completely panel upgrade with permits and relocation. We don't typically write reviews but I just wanted to let other people know that you are really in good hands.. we were impressed by his professionalism and his work ethic. He really does care for the safety of his clients and to make sure everything is correct and up to code unlike other contractors that only care about the $. We had a hard time looking for an honest contractor, most of them were just judging our bad electrical problems and throwing numbers without even looking at the problem... However, Victor explained everything in such detail that your able to understand what the issue is, he was on time which is one of the most annoying things about contractors and he is honest about prices.. we had a really big problem with our electrical due to a shady electrician, we recommend to never trust anyone without a license for any electrical job.
