We've had Stay Grounded come out now for several jobs as part of our whole house renovation for a 25 year old home. What sets them apart from many other companies is the level of quality and professionalism. The guys are always polite and friendly as well, and this matters. The owner, Tommy, clearly is very passionate about his business and trade, and shows that he's very knowledgeable about what is the best option for the job in question. We had a kitchen remodel that included professional-grade appliances, and Tommy recommended a couple dedicated circuits and proper amp levels to provide the required electrical service we would need for them. We have since had them come back for several other improvements and fixes, including discovering, correcting, and securing a damaged exposed circuit wire in our attic that potentially could have become a fire hazard at some point. It is a great feeling when you can have a level of confidence in a company where you know you're going to get the best service out there, and that is what you get with them. I was struggling to find an electrician.  Started my search in September of 2022 with some of my go-to companies, and just got frustrated with the quotes for what I thought was a fairly easy job.  I wanted to get outlets installed in two bathrooms for bidet installations.  The installation just required a tie into existing outlets on the opposite sides of the wall.  I tried sending pictures and tried to explain the job request, but the quotes were just too high to move forward. I started back on my search in February of 2023 for an electrician and saw that there was a quote sent during my earlier search in September that I overlooked.  It was a fair quote and in my frustration to get through the other highly-priced quotes, I  overlooked and never responded. I contacted Tommy from Stay Grounded Electric and received an immediate response.  During the original quote, Tommy mentioned that he would be coming into Menifee from Riverside and that scheduling might be hit-and-miss. Nevertheless, Tommy took the time to hear me out and understand my request.  He went through the photos, and advised that the job was not going to be difficult, but laid out several possibilities in case there were any issues. Tommy's crew arrived as scheduled.  Looked over the project areas, smiled, and got to work without hesitation.  In a very reasonable and quick amount of time, they completed the installation of the two electrical plugs.  The work was seamless and appeared to have been there since the house was constructed in 2006.  The job went exactly as discussed, if not better.  While at the residence, the crew looked around the house at some extra ideas and projects, which we are going to be excited to get started in the future.
