this is Andy from S&W electric company your staff member Hector figure out my problem. Got me the right light I needed thank you.

Recently, I was given two beautiful old lamps. However, the shades have seen better days. LOL... I decided to invest in new lampshades. LampsPlus.com had the perfect style and size. I ordered R2994 - Springcrest Creme Bell Curve Cut Corner Lamp Shade 11x18x15 (Spider). I received the shipment within a few days. The shades were covered with a lot plastic for protection. In addition, the shades were very easy to install. Lamps Plus offers easy information on how to measure for the correct shade size on YouTube. read more

This is my second time at this location. Abraham has been wonderful both times. He patiently changed out bulbs and connected a recent arrival chandelier for me to see it lit up. Both he and his manager Hector were accommodating, helpful and I would definitely come back. 5 stars all the way! read more

This place is amazing, huge selection of various items at unbelievable prices and great service. I highly recommend going there.

Bought eight ceiling fans from LP for about $4K. A few (like 3) years later, the lamps malfunction. Spent over 90 minutes on phone with LP technical support only learn that I need spare parts for the fans that I cannot get any more because the ceiling fans are no longer made. Short story short, this was pure BS. The receivers **ARE** available through Amazon, but I wasted hours and hours of my time and a few $$ with an electrician trying to figure it out. What poor service from LP. I will never buy from LP again. read more

The Lamps Plus factory store is a total hidden gem, buried in a section of warehouses near Redlands. They have a huge assortment of lamps, chandeliers, furniture, and even outdoor fountains and some insane prices. It seems to be final sale only, so definitely choose carefully, but absolutely worth stopping by to check out if you're in the market for lighting. read more

I'm always very pleased with the staff at this location. Since it is an outlet store, the selection is usually one of a kind, but they are able to order whatever you need for full price. So, you get best of both worlds - outlet and non-outlet availability. I like the mirrors, lamps, and nick-neck. Having said this, Lamps Plus does not carry regular or better quality furniture. But, if you need furniture in a pinch and your budget is limited, Lamps Plus outlet prices is a good bet. I would never buy furniture at full price because it does not merit the prices. Keep in mind that this location is a working warehouse that does not have air conditioning in the summer. Now that most lights are LED, the heat indoors is not as bad as it once was. Hope this helps. read more

Standing Ovation for Hector Alvarez!!!! Our first experience in a Lamp Plus Outlet store. We were greeted as soon as we walked in. he was with another customer but said he would be with us shortly. we were looking for a chandelier chain to hang in our home. We went for lamps and came home with so much more! Unbelievable deals on furniture that I've seen online for 10 times more (really, that's not an exaggeration!) We came back and shopped for 3 days in a row. Sam was so helpful and nice, it made the whole... uh, warm...experience fun. This place is a real find. We'll be back. read more

This is my third time coming here. As usual, I'm happy with my purchase. Although I primarily hope to find a deal for a tiffany lamp someday, I'll keep trying. Today was a very unique experience. I have to give thanks to Marina for such a thorough explanation of products and attention to detail. My family loved her customer service. So much so that they commented in a different language how patient she was with us. It was very welcoming. However, what stood out the most was her recommendations with lighting styles. Ask for Marina if you're stopping by. I believe her full name is Marina Elizabeth. read more

There are so many perks and benefits to living in Redlands, some of which are, the closeness and proximity to almost anything and everything you could need within a few square miles. This review is based on my overall experience at Lamps Plus Redlands. First and foremost, Michael is the most outstanding lighting associate! I came to return 5 Lamps I purchased a week ago, since these were a gift to my dad for his new Patio. Since, dad changed his mind, he went with a different lamp style. Michael was very outgoing and eager to help over the phone and in person. There's not a lot of people like Michael who can multitask having several customers in line and still give you all the attention. You have met my expectations from talking to you on the phone, entering the store and walking out from the store. FYI- Dad is very Happy with New Light Fixtures. read more

Thank goodness for sales reps/associates like Valerie, who really get a kick out of helping customers be satisfied with their choices. Today I came into the store for the second time trying to find a replacement for my end table lamps in my foyer. I had an idea of what I color and style but bringing those things together is where Valerie comes in. Noting only did she give me options, but she also helped me visualize the lamps in my space, and all of at a great bargain. read more

Found 2 lamps and 2 decorative decor items. Was not expecting to find that much and at a great price. Staff is SUPER KIND AND HELPFUL. In the middle of the night my dog got a case of the zoomies and knocked over & broke one of our living room lamps. I was panicked about replacing it quickly as we are having guests this weekend. As soon as Lamps Plus opened I called to see if they had the lamp in stock. I had the pleasure of speaking with Alexis, she was polite and oh so helpful! She let me know that they had the lamp in stock and even pulled it for me so I wouldn't have to wait when I went in to purchase it, top notch customer service! When I came into the business Alexis greeted me at the door and made the checkout process a breeze. If you have the pleasure of patronizing this business I highly recommend speaking with Alexis, you won't regret it! read more

My wife and I have been coming to this store in Redlands for years and have always found amazing deals, most of which we bought for a fraction of the retail price. We recently bought a pillar light fixture for only $49.99 (list price $199.99). The store also had a special buy one, get one free promotion at the time, so we also got a Marseille wall light fixture (list price $229.99) for free. Two fixtures for only $49.99. What a deal! The store has many helpful and friendly employees, but one person that really stood out for us is Valerie McGriff. She helped us resolve our issue with one of the fixtures we bought from the store. I was trying to install the rubber gaskets inside the fixture when one of the glass panes broke. The glass pane is out of stock and won't be available until August. Valerie came to our rescue. She remembered seeing some glass panes in the back of the store that could be used for my light fixture. Since the glass pane was slightly larger, she suggested taking it to a glass shop or buying a glass cutter to trim the glass pane ourselves. She gave us three glass panes in case we break the glass on our first try to cut it. I was quite amazed and pleased with the customer service that we received from Valerie. She is a joy to deal with and I can tell that she enjoys helping her customers. read more

Valerie McGriff is my favorite person in the whole world. She was extremely helpful and turned my stressful outdoor light debacle into a stress free, easy, breezy experience. We visited the riverside location. It was a waste of time they had nothing in stock and didn't want to help me and basically said everything is in Redlands. I took off work to make it during business hours, which was the only downside of the experience and came to Redlands. Valerie greeted us, helped us get our lights, pulled the adapters, and got us the right light bulbs. It was wonderful. I will return for all of my lighting needs. I happily recommend this location. read more

Love working with Valerie. She was very knowledgeable and super helpful. Allowed me time to walk the store and I would come back to her for questions and concerns. She pulled all of my favorites and show me clear descriptions and sizes online. I explain to her I needed to come back and drive all the way here to check on chairs and other items I liked, she also shared her email so I can ask her even before I drive here so she makes sure the items are available for me. Bravo, Valerie, you are a Star ! read more

Since moving to our home I have desired lighting fixture enhancements to our house. But college education for our four kids took priority over landscaping, home improvements, kiitchrn and bathroom remodels which we are currently doing. Occasionally I'd check out Lamps Plus website and scroll around. Lsst night everything fell in place: both product selection, pricing and a combination of modest sale prices but 50% discount on one item in particular. No way would this coincide again. My wife and Ivstopoed by the regional local distribution center outlet store, brainstormed with Hector, the store manager. Narrowed my options to decisions overnight, called Hector, interacted with him, he wrote the order, had the items pulled, ready for me at will call, stopped in, paid at the store and drive off with 20 fixtures. Hector was once again great. Totally positive experience. read more
