The most remarkable thing, though, is their extraordinary customer service. The salesperson, Janelle, was helpful, friendly, and made me feel welcome. No snooty service here! We arrived at 630pm…read more I believe the store was closed but Kathie was more than obliging to let us come in and look around. From the outside, the store looks like a typical furniture outlet. Inside there are rare gems to find. Kathie let us know if we didn't find what we were looking for she could have something custom ordered. Lucky for us we found a few items already there. We had been in search for a jute rug. At pottery barn, the typical jute 8 × 10 runs for a little more than a thousand dollars. We found a beautiful jute rug with orange rust accent threading to match our couches for far less than what is priced at pottery barn and the quality of rug was not sacrificed. We also bought some artwork from them. A pretty large piece for a very reasonable price. I attached all the pictures. Favorite little touch: they sell small products like lotions and candies that are made locally and are organic Thank you Kathie for your hospitality and we will be popping in to add more pieces to our home.

This place is the Costco of Yard Sale finds. If you love driving around town going to yard sales…read morefor that ultimate bargain, save yourself gas and head straight here. Amazon, Wayfair, Ashley furniture, etc., it's here. I just moved into an apartment and was looking for affordable necessities for my place and stumbled across here, drawn by the promise of furniture 60-80% off retail price and I was not disappointed. Jeff and his team are courteous and reasonable to work with. Now the reason why I say it is the 'Costco of Yard Sales' is because standard Yard Sale etiquette applies here. Unless the item has a label (usually furniture pieces and large appliances, as well as the more expensive items) its price point is at retail and then halved. From that point it's up to you to work up that sweet deal with Jeff for a bundle or so on and so forth. The items that are here are liquidated from the main retail centers, and considering its location near shipping centers such as Amazon and others, there is quite a treasure trove of things to come across. Again, I tout the the title because it's as organized as a standard yard sale, it's basically a menagerie of similar items on industrial shelves (the warehouse aesthetic) for you to spend time on finding that one item, so it's not necessarily recommended for one that needs a very specific item, but if you have a ballpark idea of what you want, I recommend coming here before looking on Amazon since you'll get it way cheaper here. Do wear comfortable shoes and watch your step as you venture around the store-there's a lot of furniture that are in the midst of being constructed so just keep that in mind if you would like to spend time and wander around. Otherwise, don't hesitate to ask questions about things, and check the place out. You'll definitely feel like a champ coming out with an amazing deal at the end.

Mind you... Everyday since we left Bobs after financing and shaking hands, they've been texting. Today is the delivery day. Haven't heard anything from these people at all. I had to keep calling. Now it's after hours. We broke down our bed frame and mattress/box spring and slept on just those. Frame outside for bulk trash. We're not young people. We're seniors. Over. 55! Sleeping on a box spring and mattress on the floor was rough for us because it's too low, with my husband having sciatic issues & me having knee replacements. No one has called today yet. They've closed as a matter of fact! Customer Svc offered $100 credit in the store, but the prices are already ridiculous! Our bed frame, head and foot board is outside! Mind you, our new bed frame head & foot board cost $1,300.00! Still no call. "7:43pm: Well look who's just arriving without a call???! Delivery!" Letting flies in the house! Not acceptable. So what will the $100 store credit get us ....???? A small rubber desk plant was $39! Not happy customers. My husband has to be at work @3:30am! They barely left after 8:25pm. Not a great impression to new customers. However our bed is comfy and nice. But it's our own mattress and boxspring. Frame is nice. Nice features. Overall wasn't satisfied with Svc.

I love browsing the clothing section, however limited it may be. Then I move on to smell soaps & candles. There's a section for making gift baskets with assorted spices, sauces, mustard, nuts, coffee & many more (like single serve bottles & containers, very cute!). There's pop up cards that are really adorable. I wish I knew how to make those, I'm sure I can Google some instructions if I'm feeling committed.
