Customer service here was attentive and friendly, we were showed the beds we were interested in our price range. We were rang up quickly and got a delivery date set up with no fuss. On the delivery day, they were about an hour late but notified us that they would be running late before our delivery window closed. When delivered they set the bed up quickly and moved in and out of our house very quickly. This was a great experience from start to finish. read more

We already tried another larger furniture store that sold mattresses, so we wanted to see what this smaller one had to offer. We pointed out ones we liked and the prices we equally the same and not lower. There really wasn't many bed frames that we like, but their main focus was the mattress. They offer financing if you qualify. The sale rep offered free delivery or free cooling pillows and bed cooling sheet with the purchase of two mattresses. I purchased a mattress set 3 years ago. I believe it cost about $1000. This mattress was put in my guest bedroom. It's been slept in approximately 50 nights. The mattress is so lumpy that it's impossible to sleep in. I called Mattress brothers to see if there was any guarantee. I was told that the company was out of business, but said I could get $300 off my next purchase of $1000. I purchased a mattress in July, it caused my back pain to worsen, at the time of the purchase I was told if it doesn't work out to try calling to see if something could be worked out. I tried calling, I went in person, never heard back from anyone. I left at least 3 messages before realizing they were not going to call me back. A couple years ago we bought a kingsized mattress and box springs set. Less than a year later the mattress was sagging in the middle on my husband's side. We decided to replace the mattress expecting some kind of warranty. Sorry but the mattress company had gone out of business. Mattress Brothers told us they did not have records of our purchase and although we had proof of purchase on a charge card, no discount was given for another purchase even though the mattress was not the extra firm quality we believed we had purchased. Unfortunately we learned the hard way not to save money by buying at a smaller company. Mattress Brothers has a large selection of unknown brands. However we would not recommend this store to anyone based on our experience. In the future we always will check for a warranty and what it covers if a replacement is indicated. read more

Dont rule out any place just by its looks. This place is not the cleanest and not super modern looking, but the people treat you right. We were helped by Steve who admitted he is new to selling but he was very willing to give the information he had and wanted us to find the bed right for us. Once we decide to get our bed from them after visiting other places we were given a great deal and the mattress was delivered on time and we are very pleased. Please not that you will not be dealing with suited sales people but rather less professional people that are not trying to sell you but rather want to take care of you. My wife, son, and two-year old went here tonight, mostly because of the few good reviews we found online. Glenn, our salesman, welcomed us and deftly guided us towards an excellent queen set. He was very friendly, laid back, and kept our son busy while my wife and I took turns trying out beds. Now that's family friendly! When it came down to pricing, he was very flexible. Moved to Redlands recently and found out about Mattress Brothers through some co-workers and Yelp. My first experience was pleasant, I told Bob that I was just browsing and we discussed some options. I returned 2 weeks later ready to buy, with a very specific price range, and got hit with a "You're not going to get much for that price. Maybe you'll be able to afford a better one later." REALLY? Why do you advertise a Queen Mattress set for $199 on your window and then ridicule ready-to-buy customers when they're budget is more than that? We were helped by Craig and he was very honest with us about what kind of beds we would get for our price range. He ended up giving us a really good deal on an amazing mattress that is very soft and comfortable. it included the box spring and he also gave us a really good deal on a bed stand. My brother also went here to buy his CA King bed and got a fantastic bed at a great price. They are so helpful here! I recently purchased a twin size bed for my little sister, and the process was smooth. The owners and staff are very friendly :) The prices are reasonable, and the mattress is lovely. I am giving four stars because of delivery. Initially the delivery time was from 11am-1pm then on the day of delivery a staff member calls and says they will deliver between 12pm-2pm. They delivered the bed at or around 2:40pm. I had to go to school that day and had to miss class because of this. Other than that issue, the store is a great place to get furniture. I will shop there in the future. Update: My sisters bed broke about 2 weeks after we got it. I called them about the bed and the first thing the individual I spoke to said is , "did she jump on the bed"? Like really, a 17 year old jumping on the bed? I have a ten year WARRANTY which covers her bed as long as there are no stains. The mattress and box spring was NOT abused in any way. Now they aren't trying to honor that. He said that he would call back in a hour. Well, three hours have passed and I still haven't received a call back. Update (2) To be fair I wanted to provide one last update. After going back and forth with the manager/owner, he agreed to exchange the bed. I am appreciative that the manager exchanged the bed, but I feel like we didn't have to go through all the hassle to get to that resolution.
