Spoke to the owner im assuming several times and then the driver lies about attempting to deliver by claimed no one was there. We won't be doing business with you again. Expecting our refund soon.

He is very friendly and he tries his best to matched price with other stores. He is very patient, professional, engaging. I am sure others are too just as Chris. Chris seems to be the lead team and he makes sure everything is done correctly. We have few changes in our orders; Stephen, Chris and Brooke make sure all are done correctly down to the detail. Lenny warmly welcomed to me and asked if I needed help finding anything. As a matter of fact, I did. I explained to him that I was looking to paint my wood porch for my cabin and asked him what kind of paint stripper he would recommend based on the description of my porch and dimensions. He knew exactly what item to recommend, which was a gallon of Jasco paint remover. I graciously thanked Lenny for his help and he even removed his glove for a proper handshake. As I was heading to check out, I ran into a friend. As we were getting to the checkout together, the young man and the lady who were assisting with the self check out, both approached my friend for assistance. They delivered and installed a faulty unit that did not have working features day 1 and by day 7 the entire unit stopped working. They schedule appointments on their schedule and still do no not show up on time or at all. Multiple days of clearing my schedule to only find no tech showing up. When they do show up they are not helpful what so ever, 0 communication, they push their phone into your hands with their bosses number but no one seems to be on the same page. They are unprepared, unresponsive and seem to think its fine to schedule fixes at THEIR CONVEINCE, yet still wont show up. After waiting for over an hour, I went back to ask again, and one of the same employees told me the person who was supposed to help was on lunch. If that's true, why couldn't anyone else in the store help? There were plenty of employees walking around, but not one of them stepped up to assist. I wasted over an hour of my time and ended up leaving without making the purchase. It's unbelievable that a customer who's ready to spend money can't get basic assistance.
