The lack of communication has been extremely frustrating. I understand emergencies happen, but customers deserve updates and some form of response. Very disappointed with the customer service.

Then I had one business that sent someone who was smoking pot before coming into my home. Luke is reliable, professional, respectful, on time, and knowledgeable. We have a huge JennAir fridge and a built in GE Profile connection oven. He was very knowledgeable about all our issues with both these appliances. He was honest and saved me money but telling me not to fix an item but to buy a new one because he could not guarantee that it would stay fixed. I appreciate that. Unfortunately the noise was still there the next day. Franklin came the following day and took apart the dryer again and found the problem. A cracked blower wheel. The crack must be hard to notice. He gives a 90 day labor warranty on dryers so i was not charged. He didn't even charge me for the blower wheel. This guy isn't going to try to rip you off or tell you parts that are fine need to be replaced. He will be my appliance guy from here on out. He will figure out the problem one way or the other.
