Little did I know they also have the best customer service around. My first unit, new and in the box, didn't work. I called the warranty and they gave me a 3/15 appointment, which is 9 days out. By chance I called Mike and explained. He sent his guys out the same day to check installation and ended up replacing the fridge with a new one they brought on the truck. My mother went here and purchased a stove on Dec.30,2017. Was supposed to be delivered on Jan.4 2018 but they called the day before and said the delivery person was sick and would be delivered on Jan5 once again they call and say the stove is out of stock and on back order. It would be 2-3 weeks. On Jan 26 she called the store they then told her it would be delivered on Jan 30 but no stove. So here we are today Jan 31 my mom goes into the store to get her money back but instead they talk her into get the floor model that is stainlees steel instead if the white she paid for and she paid and extra 30.00 and it was just delivered. My husband and I bought a few appliances here because they were less expensive than Taylor's appliances, but you get what you pay for. Our "brand new" dryer we paid cash for didn't work once we hooked it up. For almost 3 weeks we were waiting for someone to come repair it. we finally had to take it back ourselves and exchange for a new one. They have the worst customer service and I will never buy from them again. I would NOT recommend this company! I realize it's Saturday afternoon and that I wasn't likely to actually get a refrigerator TODAY, however, it's not a good sign (nor is it good customer service) to walk into a place, find what you're looking for and at the price you want just to have the salesman say that there are no deliveries for today (which I expected), and that they are CLOSED on Sundays and Mondays, and their delivery days after that (Tuesday and Wednesday) are BOOKED! I purchased a brand new GE Washer and Dryer from this store for 2,000 $. 2 weeks later the washer went crazy and I called them and they Did Not stand behind their product! I was sent to GE for warranty and I'm still, over a month waiting for them to re-build the drum in this new washer. Riverside Appliance agreed to lend me a washer while I get this one fixed, well that never happened!! I have a handicap child at home so my washer is supper important to me. Terribel place dont go !!!!!! Well where do I start I bought a brand new washer dryer Wednesday Jan 10th 2018. They said it would delivered Friday Jan 12th 2018. 2 hours before delivery the lady Betty calls me and says the washer and dryer don't work. I bought a brand new washer and dryer broken that was on the floor for display. Meaning that appliance should have been off the floor like th manager said. As a manager he should have made sure of that. Worst service I've ever had. They wanted to give me bc ck my money on my card and it would take up o 48 hours or more. I'm beyond pissed off . Save yourself the trouble and avoid this spot. We were depending on this appliance and waited 2 days. They could have told us before not 2 hours before delivery. Local business that gets the job done, (when others patronize and insult you because they really DON"T actually have appliances for sale at the stores.) I needed a dishwasher. Went to the big box guys - "Um, no we don't stock any of these for cash and carry sales - these are just to display what we can order - we have to order them in - Be here in 7-10 days" The whole thing was patronizing - thinking that I was asking for the impossible, in wanting to have an item in stock to buy. Went to Riverside Appliances - found what I wanted - "Do you have it?" - "Yep! We have 3 here now" Went down, paid for my item and they loaded it on my truck and I have it running right now. If I had not gone to Riverside Appliance - I'd still be waiting for delivery - and would still be waiting next week. Big Box stores are a waste of time for appliances - go to people that know what they are doing and deal in appliances - FOR REAL. read more

DON'T BUY HERE! They lie about the quality of their products and the quality of their customer service!! I spent over $2,000 here on a few things one being a gas GE dryer.. Brian our salesman was making a point about how good GE customer service is and that's why they use them. THEY SUCK! The dryer was handled and installed properly and when we turned it on it seemed to work for a few minutes but then stopped blowing hot and quickly filled the our house with gas. We called Brian and he tried to say that we must have used the wrong type of dolly and therefore damaged it ourselves. But the warranty covers it. One week later the GE service company called and said they tech was sick and rescheduled for one more week. 2 weeks later her shows up and said it's a faulty sensor and not caused buy us. And not even possible because there is a full metal plate underneath protecting everything inside. Tech says another week til the part arrives. So we call Brian back the the store and ask if they can swap us a new dryer instead of waiting another week he says yes but the will charge us $85 for delivery or he said me and my wife can disconnect and load up the broken one and drive back to their store to get it swapped out. I don't understand why in paying more money because they sold me a malfunctioning product and could have easily replaced it for us but insist I must pay a fee in order to get my dryer that works or just wait a 3rd week for the broken one he sold me gets fixed. Please nobody else make the mistake of shopping here!!!! Horrible customer service! read more

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE!!!! DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE!!! Wish I could give ZERO stars. These people are HORRIBLE!!!! My aunt recently bought a microwave and oven at this store and was happy to be supporting a local business. They came out, measured , and ordered what they thought was an appropriate size to fit in her cabinet space. When the microwave and oven arrived they sent Leonard to install. Upon the completion of installation she questioned how poorly the installation looked. He added in multiple pieces of wood with what looks like caulking or plaster smeared on it and left it for a completed look on cabinetry between the microwave and oven. He told her she needed to get someone else out to come and fix it!!!!! Ummm no! You are the installer and you need to finish what you started! After he left my aunt decided to call the owner. She called the owner, Mike, and asked him to come out and look at the poor job. He claimed he would contact her when he had an opportunity. Three days passed and she still heard nothing from him. She once again called and asked when he would be coming by. He told her it was a busy time of the year and he was too busy to come out and see what had been done. He said he discussed this matter with his installer and this was the "best" they could do! Well , if that's the best you can do I would never want you doing anything for me again! See pictures. With an attitude , he offered to give her the money back for the appliances but left her to deal with the installer if she wanted the installation money back. Here she is left with no appliances, extra wood added in with caulking smeared horribly all over it, and the edges of her cabinets ruined. She is also out $215.00 for "installation". She is VERY disappointed with her experience with them and will NEVER shop there again! $215 dollars later she has NOTHING to show for it, AND this is what she is left with to fix. Just wanted to Thank these guys for there service. They did not have the part I needed in stock but they were the only place that I called (I tried every store in my area) that actually referred me to a part supplier that had the part in stock. The salesperson was extremely helpful and extremely knowledgeable and I will be using these guys from now on for anything else I need.
