However after purchasing a few appliances here, I am SOLD. 1. I bought a washer, dryer, and dishwasher Appliance from this store over a year ago. All 3 appliances are running good so far with no issues. (Wanted to get a fridge too, but they didn't have the size I needed). 2. Sales associates are helpful. They were not pushy and are pleasant to heal with. 3. Delivery can be done on the same day sometimes. I am a property manager, if a unit has an issue, I cant wait for days or weeks to get appliances replaced. I need them the same day. 4. They go the extra mile for client. Last year, i bought a dishwasher without even going there. Rafael helped me choose one and texted me a photo. And delivered the unit the same day. Unfortunately Appliance Outlet would not install it because the current dishwasher Angel valve was old. Long story short, we installed the dishwasher on our own, but we left the old unit in the garage and forgot about it. I called appliance outlet a year later, Kimberly answered, I asked if I could pay $50-$75 to get the old unit hauled away. They normally don't do that but made an exception for me and only charge the normal low haul away fee. Thank you Appliance Outlet, if I need another appliance, I'll be sure to call you guys first. And I highly recommend them if you need appliance and good customer service. One delivery on the washer and dryer was bad though in 2025, I was watching, the driver scratched the washer's door real bad on the dolly. I recommend you guys to cover the washer with a thick moving blanket before putting it on the dolly. I hope management had addressed this issue. read more

I used to love this place but feel that it's changed a lot the last couple of years and doesn't feel trustworthy anymore. Recently they installed a fridge for me and we're supposed to throw out my old one. I gave very clear text instruction on which to throw away and which to keep, but they threw away the wrong one. I raised this to multiple people there and showed them the texts they never took action. Finally after a lot of calls they said they'd "hook me up", but then just offered one at $400 plus install fees etc (!!??) so closer to $650. They said it was worth like $1300 but I went online and it was only $800, and it was also badly damaged, so they basically weren't offering me any discount. It felt like a used car lot. read more

After Harlow's went bankrupt and stole my money I was still without a dryer. I went to another store to purchase a speed queen set and the sales guy was horrible. He was really nice and professional and he told me they had the washer in stock, but they only had the floor model for the dryer and I was welcome to buy it. Normally I'd pass on a floor model, but after being without a dryer since June I was getting desperate to have a dryer again. I left that store and drove straight over. Black Friday Shoppers Beware - My Experience With The Appliance Outlet (Murrieta, CA) I try to support small businesses, but my experience with The Appliance Outlet in Murrieta has been nothing short of a nightmare. I purchased a GE washer and dryer here in February 2025. I originally went in for a model I saw on their website, but the salesperson, Mauricio, convinced me to buy a different GE set. He said it would easily wash a comforter--it absolutely does not. Washer Issues From Day One The very first time I washed a comforter, the water wouldn't drain and the machine wouldn't spin out. I had to wring out a soaking-wet comforter by hand. I tried again--same problem. Dryer Problems & Cheap Build The dryer performed poorly from the start. Clothes never dried well, and the lint drawer constantly overflowed, even with small loads. Then in early November, the dryer knob stopped working completely. My husband pointed out it never "clicked" properly to begin with. By 11/16/25, the dryer was dead. Customer Service Disaster Trying to get service has been worse than the appliances. * The Murrieta store's phone number changed with no notice. * Tony in Riverside found my invoice but could only tell me to call customer service. * GE's customer service scheduled me for a Thanksgiving Day appointment(!!) * After insisting that made no sense, they gave me 11/26 from 8-12, right before the holiday. * I waited... and then found out no appointment was ever actually in their system. * Every rep told me the same thing: "We can't replace it until we send someone out." * They offered me a $25 gift card, which doesn't cover even one load of dry cleaning, let alone multiple weeks without a dryer. Store Visit = Zero Help I went to the Murrieta store in person on 11/26. A new rep told me she wasn't part of the "family" and was the only one working there. She promised to pass my message to the owners.No one ever called me back. Final Thoughts The combination of: * defective appliances, * disconnected numbers, * no accountability, * and weeks of being unable to do laundry ...feels borderline fraudulent. Lupita, the "manager" of sorts displayed absolutely no proficiency in handling matters on return of an appalling delivery. We paid for install. And received no install and a full lint trap. Not what we were expecting st all. And for this woman to address us with disdain for their disgusting delivery is beyond me! We purchased a refrigerator at their warehouse and arranged to have it delivered the next morning. We picked out a model on the floor and were told we would be receiving a "new" one from their warehouse. The refrigerator that was delivered today to our house was dented & damaged. You can see the largest marks where the tie down straps were located. We called the company minutes after the driver left & we were accused immediately of doing the damage ourselves and we were told we have to pay another 60.00 delivery fee to have it picked up by their warehouse with out any guarantee of exchange or return. We are trying to work this out with the manager- keep you posted on updates. UPDATE- Both my husband and I tried calling management and our phone calls were ignored throughout the day. We were told a driver would arrive yesterday to come pick up the refrigerator and no one showed up. We received a call back from management this morning and we were told we cannot exchange, refund or replace what was delivered to our door. We feel incredibly robbed by this company taking advantage of consumers during a pandemic when shopping is difficult. Shopping is especially difficult for us because we just welcomed our newborn and we not only lost all our food but now we're 1000.00+ down the drain, and I just found out that this refrigerator is the same price at Lowe's. Then more money to have it "INSTALLED" paperwork says they bring it in, take it out of the box and set it up for you and connect it to your water line . I will never buy an appliance from this place ever again . It was out 1st time and out last time. I've been with out a dry for 2 weeks,and in those weeks I purchased a LG dryer. I bought it on July 25 th 2023 under a week ago . When it was delivered a man hauled out old dry away in the truck and brought the new dryer into the garage. He then hold up the new gas line hose and took my updated gas hose and put it in my old dryer he hauled away. The basically stole my updated hose that he should've never took away. It was still good. He had the audacity to say that I had a gas leak in the valve in my house, which was a lie. He just never shut off the valve all the way completely he sprayed window cleaner on the gas line and said it was leaking when he went to back to his truck I tighten the valve myself and checked it and it was not leaking at all. This guy is an idiot. He likes to lie and say you have a gas leak when there's none just so they can make more money off from you . He told me he could fix it for $200. I've called back several times and transferred around from the Van Buren store back to the Downtown Riverside store on Mission Inn Avenue. No one seem to know their head from the rear end didn't even know it and want to give me the phone number to the Van Buren store, which is around the corner from my house. Last Friday I had to drive down to the Mission Inn store and pick up the dryer hose that was stolen from me. They gave me one that did not belong to me a different one I was pissed off. I've been waiting for the past week for them to return the hose and to take off the other new hose that the guy had installed when he dropped off the new dryer that he had torqued onto the new dryer too tight for me to remove the new gas pipe line from the new dryer,and to install a new gas line hose I had to pay out of my pocket to put onto the new dryer in question. I've been calling last week for someone to come out and take a look at this since they are the ones who sold it to me. No one wants to seem to take responsibility for any of their mistakes. I even called Andreas Rascon. At 95-334-4835 to inform him about his unprofessional uneducated staff everyone there likes to push the envelope to another person and no communication. I finally got in contact with Andreas and supposedly someone is going to be here today between the hours and 5 and 7 PM to take care of something that should've been taken care of last week when I bought the damn dryer from them! I should be able to get at least $70 back from the $460 plus tax I paid for the dryer for their inconvenience and their lies and the lack on communication and connecting my dryer front for me. Andreas has the audacity to tell me that one of their trucks had broken down. That is not my problem. They have two trucks just parked collecting dust at the parking lot at the Mission Inn Avenue store and location. What a lousy excuse to give, I don't care about their truck being broke down. I bought an item from them last week. I should be able to have them come to my house and be priority since I purchase something from them last week that was never installed due to the lies of their delivery driver . If they don't come and connect the dryer from me, today between 5pm -7pm today 8/31/23 Monday . I'm going to call Andreas tomorrow and have them come and pick up the damn dryer and request my cash back from him and take my business elsewhere and take him to small claims court! This place deserves no stars at allllll!. Much less any business from anyone. All they care about is a sale after the sale is done they don't give a shit about you. here are pictures of the dryer that I've had for over a week pretty useless if I can't use it because of their fault and not installing it and line if they would installed it and use my same gas line that they stalled it wouldn't have been a problem because it was nothing wrong with the gas line from my wall or the gas line from the dryer, connecting to the gas line to the house. I just checked my lent trap to make sure that I didn't have any lint in my new dryer like the other person who purchased from the same store had received a new dryer with a full length trap. This year 2020 we bought our dream home. We were in need of all new kitchen appliances... so doing my research for days trying to find the best deal and quality of products, I landed on The Appliance Outlets page via Facebook. So thankful I did...in many ways. You won't regret checking this place out. First off all the sales associates and owners Tony, Andreas, were all very Professional, second they were very honest, they listened to what our needs were of buying appliances and helped above and beyond to get us the package deal we were looking to buy. I was so happy with our first buy with this company that I knew I would go again.. and I did of course a couple months down the road we were shopping for a new washer and dryer, of course once again I shopped around..but knew I needed to go back to "the appliance outlet" to see what they had on hand. In the same day I went into the store, I saw exactly what I had already been pricing out at Home Depot the beautiful brand new washer and dryer was front and center of their well cleaned store. Talking with the sales associate and Ozzi the manager on hand, without hesitation I bought the set and literally within an hour it was at my home being delivered by Cesar (which is an amazing delivery guy, I requested to have him because hands down -- so nice, gentle with the appliances, gives his all, explains and double checks everything more then once before he leaves your home!!!) and having the delivery the same day was possible because they had many in stock, if it wasn't that day it would have only been two days later not months like Home Depot etc. Overall, both my experiences with this store have been pretty amazing. We happened to arrive about 15 minutes before closing time, but we knew what we wanted after having shopped online. We needed a washer/dryer set and a fridge and were please to find that the store inventory matched what we saw on the store's website. Nick was very helpful, showed us exactly what we had picked out online as well as other options. We didn't feel rushed to make our choices even though it was near the end of a busy holiday weekend for Nick. We paid and went home to await delivery. René delivered our appliances a couple of days later and was right on time. He removed all the protective packing before bring in the appliances, so we didn't have to worry about clean-up, and he was even conscientious about leaving our front door open as to not to waste our A/C.
