Victor arrived on time and properly diagnosed the problem of our fridge and was honest about his recommendations. The cost of service is reasonable too. Hopefully we won't need their help again anytime soon but if ever, we will definitely reach out to them. Thanks again, Victor! Highly recommended. (: read more

I would probably avoid this repair service at all costs. We have a Samsung refrigerator that is notorious for icemaker issues. I reached out to them to fix the problem. In order for me to get them scheduled I had to pre-pay for the replacement icemaker they showed up a few days later replaced the icemaker and supposedly corrected the issue that was causing the melting ice. Two weeks later the I started melting in the problem started all over again they came back out one more time. And sent a new technician. Here we are a month later and we're still experiencing the same problem. I would avoid them at all cost I had to dispute my credit card to get my money back. read more

Victor was amazing! I stumbled across his profile via Yelp and after getting multiple quotes from his competitors I decided to go with his work. His quote started at $180 (this can depend on the service requested) I would advise for you to get a quote from him before booking. We requested a Insinkerator removal with a new installation. We already had the product though I'm sure he sell equipment too. He promptly answered all my questions and was helpful. I can say his rate is Justified by his work and how efficient he is. Super punctual and clean with his work. He mentioned he does other repairs is needed. Will def keep him in our contacts for future business. read more

Victor had my dryer up and running in no time! He made sure he showed me it was running properly before he left . Great customer service

After reaching out to two different appliances businesses and getting no response, I created a project on yelp. Victor was extremely responsive and fast. He came out the same day and fixed my issue. He answered all my questions, even those not pertaining to the dryer that he had fixed. The service fee was waived with the work completed. read more

I was uncertain what type of freezer repair was needed. I only knew the freezer wasn't freezing as efficiently as it had been 2 weeks ago. I was at the mercy of someone I needed to trust to do the repair and not take advantage of me. I found such a person with Easy Home Repair. The fix was simple quick and very affordable. The technician was extremely knowledgeable and explained things so that it could be understood. He repaired the issue and explained how to prevent the issue from recurring in the future. He also went out of his way to clean under and behind the fridge something that was not included in the repair but a service he provided. The technician also took the time to fix an issue that was outside of the service originally asked to do. I will only be using easy home repair for all of my appliance repair needs read more

I needed assistance with removing a mounted microwave and installing a range hood. They came in, got to work and finished in a hour! They also showed me how it worked, cleaned up all the mess and made sure I didnt have any lingering questions. They also helped my father in law with something on the side real quick. Their pricing for the labor was also reasonable. Thank you for your swift and efficient service! read more

Quick professional service. Repair completed same day. Reasonably priced. Victor is the best.

Would rate 10+ if i could. Definitely honest & professional & his skills are without doubt. Not one to refer people, but when you come across the perfect person for the job, you just want to share your good fortune. Responds quick, is extremely punctual and prices are the norm. read more

Response to request for service was quick with several time choices. Victor came on time, and cleaned up before leaving. I appreciated his honesty that my refrigerator was not worth fixing. read more

Andrew was very quick to respond and boy did he not disappoint. He was promptly here at the house at the time he said 12 sharp! He diagnosed the problem quickly and said he needed to order the part which would take about 3 days and again the promptness continued because the very next day he called saying the part was in and he could swing by to install it. It took him about 30 minutes to install and he was very professional the entire time as my kids were causing a ruckus in the living room. Definitely would contact again for appliance repair. Thanks again! read more

Victor was quick and efficient, fair and honest. He fixed my dryer, which turned out to need about 4 new parts rather than just the belt I thought it would need, and a cleaning service, but it is nearly 15 years old and had never had parts changed. He showed me what needed to be done and explained why. He also offered the services and parts at great prices. Will definitely use his company again and I highly recommend him. Scheduling online was also a breeze. read more

I had (and still have) an issue with my Frigidaire fridge/freezer. Viktor first came out on July 17 to diagnose the problem and told me it was a motherboard issue and that he needed to order a new one, but they wanted $450 upfront. He then came back out on July 22 to put the new motherboard in and as soon as he did something blue on the motherboard. He also said the fan was bad so he was going to replace that as well. He said he could take it back and repair it. I contacted them again on July 24 to see when Viktor would be back out. On July 29, I got a message saying they tried to fix the motherboard, but they were unable to, so they ordered a new one. I finally got a message saying that Viktor would be out August 7th between 8-10am. Then I got a call saying that they were delayed and they would be out between 2 to 4 PM, then I got another call saying that there was an emergency and they would be out Saturday the 8th. Viktor showed up today and after about an hour informed me that after installing the motherboard and fan, it still wasn't working and he doesn't know what the issue was/is. He said he wasn't going to charge me for today's visit but he would not issue a refund for the previous work. The whole 3 week process was a massive waste of my time as well as a waste of my $450. I do not recommend this company.....Their response is typical for a business that does not want to own up to their ineptness.....I hired and paid them good money to NOT repair anything. Rather, they just said they could not repair it, took my $$ and moved on.....Buyer beware. read more

Sadly our washing machine, fridge freezer and AC went on the same week! Victor far exceeded my expectations. He provided the best advice as well as detailing the concerns with the washer and the fridge. He didn't try to upsell or create additional work. Even provided ongoing care tips for my appliances. Extremely happy with his service, will use again and highly recommend! read more

When my refrigerator decided to malfunction I used Yelp to find a suitable, and affordable repair service. On my behalf the app contacted at least five local companies, and Easy Home Repair was one of the first to reply with a Diagnostic fee of $45. A fee that goes towards repairs if necessary. It was. Victor came out and was diligent at identifying the issue. Basically, my Frigidaire unit has a proprietary part that required a special kit to be ordered. As such, he enabled the freezer to still function and said the refrigerator might last a week until he was able to return with the parts. All said and done, Victor returned precisely at 8am on Memorial Day and was finished with the repair in under 45 minutes. Great guy, quick replies to inquiries, and left the kitchen clean afterwards. I strongly recommend you contact this company, especially if you live in Riverside, Moreno Valley, or Beaumont. My repair has a 3-month warranty. read more

The washer in our investment property started to have brown flakes while doing laundry. I asked for an estimate from Easy home repair, and Alex estimated the cost as $250. The technician came over and we got a new quote of $475. We agreed to pay it even that it seems very expensive since we wanted the tenants to have the option to do their laundry fast. They asked for deposit of $235. Long story short, after almost a week and a half since we started the process, 3 times that the technician came over and around 10 cycles of washer cleaning the washer still had the same problem. We asked the company to send us the money back but they said they will only going to give us $126 back since they replaced a part that cost them money. I asked them to come and take the part but they refused. Bottom line, we paid $109 for nothing. Very disappointing!!! read more

They can expect me as their long term client :D if i needed a home service!! read more

Basically just showed up. To charge the diagnostic fee. Now I have to pay another company to come fix it.

Yelp response was quick. Andrew was very good at taking the dryer apart and was glad that I had a pro check it out. The last repair was done poorly and the wire to the heating unit fried. I thought he said it would be $75 to replace the wire that would be required to see if anything else was wrong. Since I had a service fee I figured that was fine. He replaced the wire in 15-20 minutes tried it and everything worked. He told me it is will $275. I asked how it was so much when quoted $75 for the wire. I asked if something else needed to be done or if the heating unit was broken. Or if it included extra labor or parts or the $60 assessment was separate or part of that. I guess it was $200 for the labor. I had cheaper quotes to fix it and it was over my budget, but it did get fixed. For this price I could have bought another dryer. read more

I've worked with Victor twice now, and both times have been great experiences! Most recently, my fridge was freezing all the food, and Victor responded quickly, diagnosed the problem right away, and got the required part within two days to complete the repair. Everything's working perfectly again! This was actually the second time I've used his services -- the first was when he fixed my dryer, and that repair has been solid ever since. Victor is professional, punctual, and reliable. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for fast and honest appliance repair! read more

Victor, the owner, was very nice, however dealing with his staff was not. I spent $500 to fix an issue on my refrigerator and it still was not fixed, and for 4 days I tried to call but never got answers. It's a shame for Victor because he is extremely knowledgeable and nice, but his staff had horrible communication and left me in the dark not knowing what was going on, and unable to be reached. read more

I had a maintenance tech from Easy Home Repair come out to fix my washer. He took one quick look and immediately told me the issue was the "drain pump." Since I'm not very familiar with appliance repair, I trusted his judgment. He quoted me $153 just for the part, plus $200 for labor. Wanting the washer fixed, I agreed. The repair itself was done without any problems, but something didn't sit right with me afterward. When I looked up the part on my own, I found it available online for around $45. That huge price difference made me feel taken advantage of. The job got done, but I walked away feeling scammed. I'd strongly recommend doing your own research on parts and prices before agreeing to any repairs with them. read more

What I thought was going to be a simple snap on part for the control panel on our GE washer was NOT!! We had to order a second cover because my hubby and I broke the first cover. Anyhow called three companies and easy home repair was easy to speak with and they had same day availability! Nick was the technician that came through and may I say we are very happy with his work. He was very courteous and professional. He asked if he should take his shoes off before he came in. He then assessed the concern. He was able to assess and the job took about an hour. It was the best money we spent on what we thought was going to be a simple job. We would recommend Nic and Easy Home Repair for any appliance needs. read more

Fast and responsive on Yelp. Andrew did a good job on everything. The price felt high, though it is skilled labor so the alternative was for me to undergo more hassle shopping around or trying to learn to do it myself. It cost me $600 to install and repair the unit. Just seems like half that would be more reasonable. read more

Bad experience. Their fee to come out was less than other places, but they then charge a lot more for repairs. I wanted a full run to make sure it works as I always do with appliances (makes sense, other repair ppl are always ok with this).. this upset him a lot. They finally agreed to let the person at the house do a full run of the appliance but they kept calling and texting from different numbers. My friend was at the house when they came by for a final check and said their customer service was not good and even he'd prefer i didn't use them again. And YES I DID USE THIS SERVICE, DESPITE THE OWNERS REPLY. I can show my cred card bill. read more

So I have this built-in KitchenAid refrigerator. Victor came out checked on a few things and diagnosed it within the first 1/2 hour. He had a part on his truck that was the correct part, but with a wiring harness for another model. He replaced the module and the refrigerator was once again up and running. He charged a very fair price for the part and for his labor. I then invited him to my business location. I had a problem with my three-door barback refrigerator. This one proved to be a little bit more of a challenge. He had to get a custom part for it. But he was able to get the machine running beautifully in just two visits. I have been recommending him to all of the other restaurants and businesses in our local area (Idyllwild, CA) for his services. Yes, this is a well-deserved 5-star review. read more
