Once Anthony opened the dryer, he found that only one roller actually needed to be replaced. What really impressed me was his honesty, I had already agreed to the price for replacing the full set, so he easily could have just done the work without saying anything. Instead, he told me only one was bad and gave me the option to replace just that one and save money. I ultimately chose to replace them all since the dryer is older and everything was already apart. Many times its a simple part replacement. And you don't need a HVAC license to buy parts from here! It's going to be 100 Degrees this weekend and our AC broke. After doing some initial diagnosis, I found out that I needed what I thought was an $80 part. I called Vinnie, and gave him the part number. He said i have a replacement part that works for $30! And he also checked another relay for me. (the resistance and continuity across the part) and gave me confidence that all I needed was the 1 part. He also made a phone call to another expert to make sure my wiring colors were correct. They don't just sell you the parts, they are knowledgable and guide you through the repair. And if you are truly eff'd then they will tell you its time to call an expert. I just got home, installed the part. and we have ice cold AC again!
