I picked Don's Appliances because the reviews were good, I wasn't disappointed. I called after closing and left a message, I had a problem with my refrigerator and they promptly returned my call in the morning. I needed a part for the refrigerator which had to be ordered. Anthony came back out on a Saturday morning to install it, that's service ! read more

I had a great experience with Don's Appliances. My older LG dryer suddenly started making a horrible squealing noise, so I texted them a video. They listened to it, was able to get a good idea of the problem from the sound, and I was given a quote before scheduling. He was even able to come out the same day. Once Anthony opened the dryer, he found that only one roller actually needed to be replaced. What really impressed me was his honesty, I had already agreed to the price for replacing the full set, so he easily could have just done the work without saying anything. Instead, he told me only one was bad and gave me the option to replace just that one and save money. I ultimately chose to replace them all since the dryer is older and everything was already apart. My dryer is running quietly again, and I would absolutely call Don's Appliances again. read more

Super quick to respond, very informative and transparent with service fees up front. They were the first company to respond to my project request, not pushy at all, just professional all around. Still debating on whether it's even worth it at this point to fix our dishwasher or continue using it as a drying rack because we're just used to hand washing at this point. Regardless, super appreciate businesses like this that have exemplary communication! read more

I reached out to Don's appliances for a dishwasher issue. I had received an error that it was clogged. I reached out to Don's appliances. BreAnne was very sweet and scheduled me next day. The specialist who came to fix our dishwasher was quick and left everything as it was. We only had to pay for the service fee which was great! They also offer a 1 yr warranty. I would definitely reach out to them again for any future issues. read more

My ice maker went out. I originally contacted a repair company that said they don't repair Samsung but another company referred me to Don's. I thought that was good sign since that other company is staking their reputation on this referral. I was not disappointed! I called for an appointment and liked how they follow up with texts so there is no confusion. Anthony was right on time, very professional. He was up front about the age of our fridge and if we were thinking about replacing it any time soon, he would not bother with the repair. Since a new fridge is not in our budget, we went with the new ice maker. He wasn't sure if another part would be needed, so he said he would order that part too. 8 days later, I got a text saying that the part came in with an open appointment time, if it worked for me. Communication was very efficient! Anthony came replaced the ice maker and tested the other part. My old one was working so he didn't have to replace it saving me $120! Also, the charge for the initial diagnostic appointment was applied to the final repair cost so that was a savings too! It's been about a month and my new ice maker is working like a champ! I appreciate Don's warranty on their work, if I should need it. Anthony was good about cleaning up after each time, even when we said we would do it. We could tell Anthony cared and really took pride in his work and was an upright hardworking guy. The type that's a pleasure to do business with. I had a good overall experience and would highly recommend Don's Appliance! read more

Great company! Customer service top notch. Was there when they said they would be there. Trust worthy.

UPDATE : In response to Anthony's reply below - It's funny how you take offense for a factual experience, apologizing but at the same time hitting back instead of being sincere and taking it like a man. What's more funnier is that both you & BreAnne were quick to respond here on Yelp! while never had the urgency to reply to my official business text. How would I know if you are busy or just uninterested, get my drift? Apparently, you guys gives more premium on Yelp! reviews making sure it look good than actually taking care of business. Nothing personal, just saying how it is and not adding anything to what transpired. The feeling is mutual, anyone who doesn't respect someone's time isn't worthy of my business either. Tks but no tks! ========================== This review has nothing to do with actual repair service but more on communication. Reached out with their number on Yelp! and BreAnne returned call.... seemed like a sweet nice lady on the phone. Exchanged info thru text and provided details and pictures of what she asked. She replied the next day and said she will relay to her husband the info but never heard back anymore after texting for follow up & update. No nothing..not even the courtesy of telling me that they won't service it or even refer to somebody who can do it. While they maybe skillful and proficient of what they do,but truly not in communication and basic courtesy. Truly a failure experience. read more

We needed a refrigerator repair. They were prompt in getting back to me and the serviceman (Anthony) they sent out was professional and very knowledgeable. He explained the problem in detail to us. Unfortunately our refrigerator was 10 years old and not worth repairing. We would definitely use their services again. Great company read more

So grateful to all past reviewers for leading me to Don's! I have been going through it as a new homeowner, especially with this dryer situation. We bought scratch and dent from Lowe's outlet, not knowing they wouldn't be able to do a conversion to propane and that the kit was not available locally. I had the kit overnighted and after calling around everywhere, I reached a really helpful person at Don's who said they could have someone out almost immediately. Before getting into the conversion and installation, Anthony identified and corrected some damage, which made the dryer so much quieter. After finishing the work, he walked me through an issue the dryer was having, explaining impact on our use, possible root causes, and what the process would look like ahead if we were to return it. While it's not ideal that the machine has unexpected issues, it has been such a relief to work with someone so competent and willing to share their knowledge. Whatever we end up doing with our dryer, or any other appliance, I feel way more informed and prepared with Don's on my side. read more

This review is based solely on the owner's response to my inquiry. Am in need of a new dishwasher and installation, so asked if Don's Appliances could help. I received a very informative, lengthy response from Anthony with an expert's insight on choosing a good brand, what level of product line and the best route for installation...the type of response that is super helpful to a shopper, but you rarely receive. Am greatly appreciative of the time he took to respond at length and very candidly. If this is how he serves someone out of the blue with just a question, I can only guess what sort of service a paying client will receive! Will definitely be keeping them in mind during this process and for future help too. read more

Called to get my fridge repaired bc freezer was out. Very responsive and had the soonest available appt within 2 days (which was the earliest out of a number of companies I called). Sent info, picture, and model number. They called back and informed me that based on what they saw, it was likely irreparable and recommended replacement- also gave some suggestions on suggested brands based on their repair experience. I'm glad they were upfront, and didn't make me wait 2 days and pay the diagnostic fee just to tell me that. read more

Our 15-year-old LG (Top-of-the-line when it was purchased) Dryer stopped turning. I contacted Breanne at Don's Appliance Repair, She answered the phone right away, was professional courteous, and had a level of empathy for our situation. She arranged for Anthony our repair man to be at the house the next day. The next day, Anthony came on time and prepared. Anthony was Professional, courteous, efficient at his work. He didn't have the exact part, but was able to get the exact part within a short amount of time and had us back online With the dryer. I will definitely be calling Anthony and Breanne again at Don's Appliance Repair. I'll definitely use Don's Appliance again for any appliance repairs. The technician Anthony was knowledgeable, courteous, and down-to-earth. I called Don's the same day when my washer gave out. Don's was able to schedule me the next day which I highly appreciated. The gentlemen came out to our house, was professional and informed us that our washer was pretty much on it's last leg and there was a super rusted bolt that was seized, stopping him from opening the washer completely up. He informed us that it was simply just time to get a new washer. He also provided recommendations and some tips about what brands to lean towards in terms of longevity and quality. I have nothing negative to say and we are completely satisfied. Thank you Don's! read more

I gave up trying to get a knowledgeable, professional appliance repairman through my warranty service (AHS) to repair my icemaker. Their appliance repair service made several trips to diagnose and attempt to fix the problem and was never able to make it work and closed the service request by saying the fridge was old! I called AHS to cancel the Service Agreement and they requested another opportunity to "make it better" and would send another company to fix it. I agreed to give them a second/third chance, however when I checked Yelp and saw all the negative reviews with this second company I decided to cancel and have it repaired by a company of my choosing. I found Don's Appliance on my neighborhood ap and YELP with great reviews, gave them a call and their response was immediate. OMG - Anthony, their serviceman was here less than 10 minutes and was able to diagnose and repair the problem! A water valve was partially turned off and water not flowing into the icemaker! Anthony is friendly, honest and knows his stuff!! I would not hesitate to call Don's Appliance in the future and would certainly recommend them. Great service!! read more

I read some of Josh's past reviews that gave me pause. Some of the reviews seemed unfair and dated. We spoke with Josh and discussed some of the negative comments made. After feeling good about those discussions we retained him to repair the lighting in our refrigerator and freezer. We also hired him to install a new HVAC compressor. He was competent, professional and fair to us. We were quite satisfied and happy we went with our gut and brought him on. read more

Look no further for appliance repair! Our 3 year old washing machine hasn't been working correctly for about 6 weeks, (won't power on). I called the manufacturer and followed instructions to reset the machine (no luck) and called an electrician thinking the outlet wasn't working, but other electronics worked fine plugged into that outlet. Plus the cost for electricians to come an diagnose was so expensive. I called Don's appliances and was able to be seen within a few days. Anthony came out and diagnosed the issue very quickly, and for a reasonable rate (which get applied to the additional work they do to fix the issue), and he is very honest. The computer board of my washer needs to be replaced and he said that part is several hundred dollars and may be better to get a new washer. He is looking into a quote for the parts, but the price to repair would be close to the price for a new washer. I asked him about brands etc, and he gave me his honest opinion about that as well. He tried to fix it (not sure if it will work as I haven't tried to use it since he was here), but said he serviced the same washer a few weeks ago, and was able to fix it but it went kaput after about a week:). So after this, we are going with a new washer, but I am grateful that he came and tried to do what he could to fix it, and appreciated his honesty about pricing and options. I will definitely call Don's appliances again if I need a repair. Oh and BreAnne, she is so nice and helpful and responsive. Thank you both for wonderful service! read more

Called for service on my 14 year old washer, it was leaking. Excellent service. Was very honest and cared for the best options to take care of my washer.

I called Don's Appliances to have someone come and look at my washer that stopped working. Brianna the girl in the office called me right back. It was a Friday so we schedule a Monday morning appointment. Anthony text me and called me to let me know he was on his way over. Anthony was very easy to work with and to understand the problem I had with the washer. He said he needed to order the part and come back in a couple days. They called me on Friday morning and she told me they had the part and had a slot within an hour to come over to fix it! I said awesome come on over not a problem! So Anthony once again very pleasant to work with and he's very knowledgeable! This company was on point and the service fee applied to the labor and part he put in for me! So I paid $125 for service and to diagnose the problem and then he came back and we paid another $175. So I really would like to recommend these guys to everybody! They also guarantee there work for up to 1 yr on the parts and labor. They're Very polite and professional service for a reasonable fee, I will call them again if I need them! Thank you again guys for the professional and amazing service! read more

From the first call for service to completion, Dons was flawless. When I first called about issues with my oven, they were able to ask enough questions about the issue that they were prepared with replacement parts when they arrived. I can't give enough stars to this business, they are that good. From thoughtful and kind when answering the phone to getting out to my home to repair my washer the next day, they were so helpful. I called 8 businesses and each said they didn't service my area. Don's Appliance said the same at first but went a step further and said that they would help me out. Anthony , the owner, kept me updated on his arrival time through texts and arrived when he said he would. My LG washer needed a new pump ( which we suspected) . It was repaired on the spot. He gave me great ideas on keeping the washer clean and did a thorough inspection of the washer. His repair costs were just what his wife (the delightful person who answered my call) quoted me. What a great, caring and professional repair service. So glad I found them through other reviewers. read more

Anthony Best Fridge repair man ever! I hired a previous company 2 days prior and they were NOT able to determine what was the cause of the breaker tripping constantly. Anthony took his time and didn't give up, he tested all possible scenarios in which an electrical short would happen. He was persistent and examined every connection and tested to make sure it was not the issue. Until he found the corroded connection close to where the water line is for the water/ice dispenser. Cleaned it out and low and behold the fridge worked! He recommend we wait a few days to make sure that was it and then suggested to order and the part for the broken valve that cause water to corrode the wires connections. Few days later came back replace the valve and fridge was back to work 100% read more
