My very expensive Samsung fridge would not make ice. The ice maker was froze over. Tim removed the ice and reinstalled. He charged me $-0-, nothing, nada, for the service call and advised the ice maker could still need to be replaced. Unfortunately the original icemaker froze over again so Tim came out with a new icemaker and like magic.....I now have ice!!! read more
