Do not use this company. The technician spoke very broken English and was unable to clearly explain what the $225 charge was for or exactly what service he was going to perform. We went in circles for several minutes, and I still could not get a clear answer. What concerned me even more was that he repeatedly laughed at me during the conversation, which I found unprofessional and disrespectful. At that point, I decided I did not want him performing any work and asked him to leave. He refused to leave, even after I told him several times. I eventually informed him that if he did not leave immediately, I would call the police. Only several minutes after, and in spite of his dispatcher on the line, then did he finally leave. Based on this experience, I have serious concerns about the company's hiring and training practices. If this is representative of the employees they send to customers' homes, I cannot recommend this company. I would strongly suggest looking elsewhere. read more

They were the only company to follow through on a weekend call. Showed up in the window they said they would and Aleksandr showed up in a clean professional uniform. The $75 service call was deducted from the total bill. The fans and ice maker had to be ordered and the expectation was set they would be in on Wednesday. It was awesome to get a call saying they would could install the new parts on Monday! He warned me other parts might go out because of the age and when they did two days later he walked me through the trouble shooting and so he was able to fix it immediately on his return visit. RIP OFF!!! Alex was called to remove the lint from my washer. He said there wasn't any lint. Instead he gave me a quote for a new washer pump for $450 bucks!!! He claimed he just so happened to have one on the truck and could do the job right away! My washer is under warranty, and not even 1 year old. When Service Quick came they removed the lint from the washer and it's good as new!!! They said they don't even have a pump on their truck...... I contacted LOWL Appliance Repair and the repair tech came to my house on September 3, 2025 and charged $70. He promised this would go towards my repair bill. He said he would order the part for my refrigerator and call me to schedule repairs. I haven't heard back from him since that day. I just called and the tech said he texted me and I didn't respond. I never received the text and I never received a phone call or voicemail explaining why I haven't been contacted yet. I just called today asking where the part is and when can repairs be done. On July 26th 2024, a technician came by to check why my LG refrigerator was not cooling. He told me the compressor is no longer working. I'm not 100% sure if he ran any tests, he checked the back of the fridge and unscrewed a metal plate before he told me. He gave me a quote of $1300 to replace the compressor or he had another fridge exactly the same he was trying to sell me for $750. I requested dishwasher repair from this company because my dishwasher was smoking and set off the smoke detector. The repairman couldn't find anything. He said everything looked fine. But when he left it was still the same, emitting a weird chemical smell. We still couldn't use it. He was there quit awhile and still couldn't give me answers to what the issue was of why it wasn't working. He quoted me $730 for 2 people to come out and fix it since he wasn't sure how to do it. I denied the estimate and just paid the $70. So today I called the company to get an explanation from the owner before I left a review and as I was talking to him he hung up on me.
