Just got off the phone with Marco. I'm having issues with a fridge and unfortunately he explained that the such brand of fridge would not supply any parts to repair shops. He explained that he could go and check it, but I would just waste my money paying for an inspection. I was referred to Marco by a close friend. My parents needed help with their Samsung refrigerator because the bottom freezer drawer was accumulating ice at the base, which made it difficult to open and close. They would have to break up the ice and remove it every couple weeks or so. They were at their wits end and were ready to replace the refrigerator altogether. I described the problem to Marco and he knew right away what the problem was and we made an appointment for the repair. Marco showed up on time and even texted me 30 minutes beforehand to let me know he was on his way. Marco wore a face mask and put on booties before coming into the house. This was very thoughtful of him. He got to work (while I watched) and he explained the entire process and showed us what was causing the issue. He was very thorough in his work and cleaned up after himself. His pricing is also very reasonable compared to some of the other quotes we received. Overall, we were very pleased with our experience and the quality of work he provided. On a side note, I was also having an issue with my double wall oven where my upper oven was not heating up anymore. Marco helped me diagnose the issue and texted me links for parts to order. Although he did not work on my oven directly, I appreciate the extra leg work he did for me in diagnosing the issue. I have ordered the parts Marco suggested and will attempt the fix myself. I will definitely be keeping Marco's contact info in my phone and my parents have done the same. He is now our go-to person for appliance repairs. My dryer wasn't drying...going out of town...had to do laundry so I turned to Yelp and we found Marc :) So happy that we did! He came out quickly and when he did, he didn't jump to changing out the most expensive part and be done with it...he took apart the dryer...cleaned it out. When that didn't solve the problem, he installed the part needed and it works like a charm. After 20 years of using our Whirlpool refrigerator, the door stop "self closing", and I had to push the door hard to make sure that it closes each time I open it. I called Marc, and he send me pictures of the 2 parts that I need to order directly so that I save some money, the 2 parts cost me about $15.00. This guys are still my go-to people for appliance repair I called the owner yesterday even though I have a home warranty company. My home warranty company came out to look at my refrigerator and said we needed to take some food out and that's why it wasn't working properly, I don't think that is accurate. All of sudden, my dryer broke, in the middle of the winter. Dryer thermostat went out, called Mark again and he was out the same day. Again, on time very professional and handled the problem. Not only did his price beat the competition, he was completely honest with what the problem was, (i.e. valves, thermostat, build up with dryer fuzz).
