I can in here after going to another appliance liquidation that left a very bad taste in my mouth. I was greeted by Gerardo and talk about a breath of fresh air. I came in looking for a typical scratch and dent washer and dryer. They had a huge selection and every set was shown next to their counterpart (unlike my other review of a competitor) like it should be. He was quite knowledgeable and explained their 90 day warranty on the appliances. When I had found the set I wanted he would not let me take it because they do a routine trial prior to purchase to make sure everything works. I thought this was very smart and a plus for the buyer. When I came two days later to pick them up he let me know one of the connectors was bad and the washer didn't operate properly. Luckily they had the same model in another color and I went with those. I opted for the delivery fee and it included install and all parts needed for the install. I definitely recommend them and look forward to doing continued business with them. They have good service and will deliver for free if paid with cash. We bought a washer and dryer set for $500. We got good use out of both appliances for about 7-8 months. The dryer we were told was new with only cosmetic damages, but about 8 months in we started smelling gas odor when in use. The gas company told us dryer has an in demand leak. Dryer leaking gas internally when in use. Washer was bought used. About 7 months in it stopped working properly. It stopped spinning and draining after every wash. Laundry would still be soaking wet at the end of wash. We would have to do spin and rinse 2-3 more times to drain the water. I understand it's a used appliance store, prices are cheaper compared to something brand new. But it is honestly not worth it in my opinion. Looking back I should have spent some more money to get quality and get years of usage from something new, which is what we will have to do now. read more

Going to have to call someone out to repair it. I could have almost bought a new fridge with the cost of the fridge plus repairs. Signed a lease here and only reason I did was because we agreed I would be charged monthly payments. Then they started charging me weekly payments and when I called the leasing company, they said to call the store back and they could fix it from their end. Bought a stacking washer-dryer unit from Bran's back in August for my teenager when she moved to our guesthouse. $350 for the unit-- cannot beat that price, plus it had a 90-day warranty. Very, very nice owner and the nice gentleman who does their delivery is also a repairman. My daughter, typical teenager, did multiple heavy loads and repeatedly overstuffed the dryer. It's a Kenmore with a strong motor, but no dryer can handle that abuse. It was well past the warranty, but Bran's came out the next day and repaired it on the spot (torn belt) for a very reasonable fee. Super nice people. I recommend that people buy used appliances from Brans. You will save a lot of money, and they take good care of their customers. read more

I purchased a whirpool water dispenser from here that was advertised new out of the box. After bringing it home I realized it didnt dispense cold water, which was my sole reason of purchasing the water dispenser. I further inspected the dispenser and realized that it was not in fact new but instead used and fixed up. They let me return the dispenser only to give me a worse dispenser that occasionally dispensed cold water, only when it wasn't leaking onto my carpet. *update* Seller agreed to replace the dispenser once more. I would think twice before buying anything from Bran4appliance they fix things with aftermarket parts my stove caught on fire the first 2 times I used it. GE said it was aftermarket parts and said to junk a 1500.00 stove I only used 2 times. Don't take any chances. They wouldn't even give me partial credit towards a new one. read more

If I could give NO stars I would have! Very disappointed in this store. Since day one the refrigerator I bought gave me nothing but problems. Water filter was broken, got it repaired under their "warranty", following month ice maker didn't work and it started leaking water. Once again covered by their warranty (cheap fix by the way). Now 6months later the compressor goes out and best part...ha! No more warranty! What a joke! Now this repair is going to cost me $500, when I paid $1,000 for this piece of junk! Not worth it!
