Albert came for diagnosis and made a bigger problem - stating that the water wand is not turning when the washer is on. Mind you he keeps opening the washer in less than 1 minute stating the wand has not moved. So now I have a motor problem on top of the soap dispenser latch. When he left , we let the washer run and the water wand was working fine. The quote for this bogus motor problem and soap latch is $827 plus the $99 service call fee. My advice - SAVE YOUR MONEY!
