To make matters worse, they refused to give me a full refund--even though they delivered a damaged and defective item. This is completely unacceptable. Save your time, money, and sanity. He abruptly told me he had never heard of the product I was looking for saying he had sold lots of room a.c. and never heard of a saddleback unit. When I approach him he was in another department. When I started to look on my phone Lowe's app to show him, he turned away and said "when you find it I'll be over there". So I went into his area where he was helping another customer. I waited for quite a while. When another customer approached with a request for help with a large appliance he radioed for someone else to help me. When he walked away with the new customers, I waited for a while then left the area. I walked back to see his name tag when Hodges was pointed to me. I thanked Hodges and told him I would be going elsewhere. On exiting the store I saw Collette at a register and told her how I felt. She helped another customer when I told her I would wait for her attention. I didn't want someone else to wait for attention. Collette and Hodges both listened to my story and assured me that Austin was not a new employee and his behavior was not normal for him. Lynda in customer service was very helpful when I was told the wrong location for the product I was looking for by another employee in customer service. Hodges knew the product I was looking for and Collette was apologetic for my experience.

At this visit, I needed to upgrade my landscape and needed fresh annual and perinneal flowers as well as a restock of garden mulch. The garden section is located at the side of the store and there is a lot to look at. However, there is rarely any staff in the Garden area to check out or find prices so I had to as the Customer Service employee to page an employee in the Garden Area. Took about 10 minutes to get an employee to help me out. After visiting this section, my husband and I visited the lighting section. We walkt to look at new indoor lighting to modernize our home so it was nice to see all the different varieties that this location has to offer. Again at check out the pricing scanned that came up didn't match the one on the floor so had to get the manager to finalize what the price of our ceiling lamp should be. Basically, this location has a huge variety of items including power tools, lumber, paint, flooring, appliances, lighting, plumbing supplies, garden plants, patio furniture, hardware, and seasonal décor. However, just make sure you double check the pricing as it is being scanned. Parking is easy since there's a large free lot right outside the store, so loading bigger purchases into your vehicle is pretty convenient.
