We called Carlos to come out and have a look at the washer. Carlos takes so much pride in his work and is really on top of it. He can almost diagnose what's wrong after some questions but he still comes by. He goes through everything to be certain that that's what the problem is. He gets an A+ for communication. you are not sitting around all day waiting for him. He let's you know what time he'll be there. He's very courteous ,extremely professional. And pricing is more than fair. I would not hesitate at all to recommend him and we will be using him in the future for our other appliances. Thank you Carlos Victoria and Gary read more

My dishwasher was acting up so I called Carlos about it. He was very nice over the phone and we set up a next day appointment. He came and checked everything out and it seemed the machine was working fine while he was here. We pretty much determined it was probably user error by me. Turns out there's a delay start button that I might have pushed unknowingly, and therefore made it seem like it wasn't working. I tell you all this because I was happy he was so honest about that when others could have and probably would have taken advantage of someone. He still ran all his diagnostics, gave me some inside info and showed me how to do some things that will ensure that the machine is working good and properly. He was very professional yet friendly and very fair and reasonable. He didn't gouge me with a high total when other companies probably could have. I was very happy with his service and his prices and I definitely will use him again in the future and I will also refer all my friends to him. Thank you Carlos. read more

Honest, Professional, and Goes Above and Beyond! I called EZ Repair Appliance after reading their excellent Yelp reviews, and Carlos, the owner, completely exceeded my expectations. I needed help with my GE dishwasher, and he made time to come by the same afternoon I called. Within minutes of inspection, Carlos diagnosed a hole in my dishwasher tub - an issue that typically means replacing the entire unit. Instead of pushing me toward an expensive replacement, he offered an ingenious, cost-effective solution I never would have thought of. His outside-the-box thinking saved me from having to buy a new dishwasher right before Christmas! What really sets Carlos apart is his genuine commitment to helping customers. While other repair services (including manufacturer-authorized ones) might have used this as an opportunity to upsell, Carlos prioritized finding an affordable solution. He even shared valuable advice about future appliance purchases and maintenance during our conversation. Carlos is not only knowledgeable and skilled but also incredibly trustworthy and professional. From the moment he arrived, his courteous demeanor and honest approach made me completely comfortable having him work in my home. It's refreshing to find a service provider who truly puts customer satisfaction first. If you're looking for an appliance repair service that combines expertise with integrity, I cannot recommend Carlos and EZ Repair Appliance highly enough. He's earned a customer for life, and I'll definitely be calling him for any future appliance issues. He didn't make a lot of money off of me from this call, but he's going to earn a lot of money from me in the future because I am going to recommend them to all my friends and family for their appliance repaired needs in the future. Pro tip: If you want to support a small business owner who genuinely cares about his customers and provides exceptional service, Carlos is your guy! I hate when I get those shady guys who you always think are ripping you off, he's the complete opposite of that. read more

I really wish there was more than a 5 star rating Carlos, is the most honorable person I've ever come in contact with he's never met me and was willing to troubleshoot my husband and I through our issue with our dryer. I had Carlos come by to give me an estimate on fixing a dishwasher and clothes dryer. He charged me only 1 consultation fee and that was applied to the cost of the repairs which were very reasonable. Carlos explained everything very well and was very transparent about the cost of repairs. My appliances were repaired correctly and are still functioning well more than 6 months later. He also helped us by telling my dad which part to order himself to fix his own microwave. I found Carlos to be very intelligent and to have a great work ethic.
