Unfortunately I didn't have a great experience with this company. I was clear about the fact that I needed a Sharp microwave drawer fixed, and that multiple repair shops had told me they don't service these microwave drawers. The technician came out to our house and told me we needed a new control panel, but he didn't know if he could get the part or not. The next day, I followed up with a text and asked if he could repair the microwave. He said he wasn't able to find the part on the company website. I was originally told that the $70 I spent for the estimate could go towards parts and labor, and since he wasn't able to do the job I feel like I wasted my money. I assume these microwaves must be hard to fix since many technicians told me they don't service them. I just wish this company had done the same, rather than charge me $70 without the ability to fix it. That being said- very nice guy, and perhaps he is very good at fixing other brands if appliances? I spoke with Jonathan on a Friday and he quickly confirmed an appointment for Tuesday morning. Come Tuesday morning he waited until the end of our time slot and then said he wasn't going to make it and had to reschedule for Wednesday at 7 am. Come Wednesday he completely ghosted us, did not pick up the phone or answer any text messages. This significantly delayed our washer repair significantly as we were waiting for him.
