Outstanding customer service and overall experience I had with JVB Solutions. My refrigerator was not working properly and JVB came out same day I called within 2 hours he was at my house! He diagnosed the issue and didn't pressure me into a repair or was at any way forceful of any type of sale tactic. Instead he let me know what was the best way to spend my money and I highly appreciate the honesty and integrity JVB showed. He gained a customer for life & most definitely will be referring him to any of my friends and family because he is the real deal! Thanks Johnathan. read more

I had a great experience working with Jonathan from JV Professional Solutions. From the start, he was polite and accommodating, even coming out in the evening to check my washing machine. Although the repair was delayed about two weeks due to a part on backorder, Jonathan handled the situation professionally, offered me 15% off, and kept great communication. When the part arrived, he quickly fixed the machine--saving me a lot of money on a replacement. Aside from the delay, he was knowledgeable, kind, and easy to work with. I'd definitely recommend him! read more

Unfortunately I didn't have a great experience with this company. I was clear about the fact that I needed a Sharp microwave drawer fixed, and that multiple repair shops had told me they don't service these microwave drawers. The technician came out to our house and told me we needed a new control panel, but he didn't know if he could get the part or not. The next day, I followed up with a text and asked if he could repair the microwave. He said he wasn't able to find the part on the company website. I was originally told that the $70 I spent for the estimate could go towards parts and labor, and since he wasn't able to do the job I feel like I wasted my money. I assume these microwaves must be hard to fix since many technicians told me they don't service them. I just wish this company had done the same, rather than charge me $70 without the ability to fix it. That being said- very nice guy, and perhaps he is very good at fixing other brands if appliances? I wouldn't call again though. read more

My washing machine abruptly quit working with a tub full of water and clothes. I needed it fixed asap! Jonathan responded quickly, and offered to come the same evening. He was quite responsive by text, gave me an eta when he left his previous job, and arrived on time. His advice, after diagnosing my fairly new (5 yo) GE washer with a bad mother board, was to buy a new washer. He gave me great advice, even though he could have charged me for fixing the machine. My kitchen sink faucet had also just started leaking everywhere, and he installed the new faucet that my son purchased that same evening! I was astounded. He was so agreeable, competent, and honest. Great price for terrific service. I'll definitely call him again for any new plumbing problems that arise. read more

Jonathan was responsive and accommodating to my family's schedule. He was able to come out next day after I reached out to him. He was able to get the job done in the time frame I needed. He was able to disconnect and move an old washer and replace it with a new one. When we hit a snag of having the new washer not quite being able to make it through the door, he removed the door and put it back on with no additional price. He did it just to get the job done. He also helped me lift up the dryer to clean under it. He was very friendly and professional. Would hire again. read more

Jonathan got the job done with my freezer. I would recommend his services to anyone.

Great service and great job. Fixed my washing machine within an hour. Moreno Valley area. Recommend

Jonathan was a lifesaver. (owner) Our Midea dryer stopped heating and several local appliance repair companies declined to repair or even come inspect because they weren't familiar with the brand. Jonathan came over right after speaking with him, same day appt was amazing! He hadn't worked on the midea product prior either, but he wasn't one bit intimidated. He had it apart and diag in no time. Unfortunately it was necessary to order the parts, and depending on when they arrived he offered to come and install on Sunday or even in the evening, due to my crazy work schedule. We're extremely happy with his response time, Jonathan is very professional and his willingness to help beyond the scope of his job is well worth the money, and his prices are very reasonable. I appreciate the service and made a horrible situation pleasant. Thanks so much I wish I could leave TEN STARS!! read more

Very professional, punctual, and clean. Definitely recommend and will use again in the future if neccessary.

Jonathan answered my request for service right away. He offered me a few appointment options and confirmed his availability. He also gave me a heads up when he was on his way. No call, no show. Declined someone else's service because I booked with him. Should've followed the other reviews.

I spoke with Jonathan on a Friday and he quickly confirmed an appointment for Tuesday morning. Come Tuesday morning he waited until the end of our time slot and then said he wasn't going to make it and had to reschedule for Wednesday at 7 am. Come Wednesday he completely ghosted us, did not pick up the phone or answer any text messages. This significantly delayed our washer repair significantly as we were waiting for him. In a house with a toddler and puppy this was a big inconvenience. Would definitely not recommend. read more
