As promised, he showed up today to complete the work. He sent me the before and after pictures so I could see what he did since this is my rental property and I was not onsite. The fact that he wanted to check it out FREE to make sure the water heater was up to code before he gave an accurate estimate showed that he is an honest man with integrity. In order for me to get them scheduled I had to pre-pay for the replacement icemaker they showed up a few days later replaced the icemaker and supposedly corrected the issue that was causing the melting ice. Two weeks later the I started melting in the problem started all over again they came back out one more time. And sent a new technician. Here we are a month later and we're still experiencing the same problem. I would avoid them at all cost I had to dispute my credit card to get my money back.
