Joseph has been extremely helpful and is always willing to make the time to come resolve our issue asap! I cannot even recall how many times he has come out to fix our dryer at this point because we have a teen who loves to leave PENCILS in his pockets and never checks before doing laundry Our dryer has been jammed countless times and he always treats it as a priority to come out and take care of the problem. He also fixed our old washer and was very helpful and honest when it was time to replace it instead of suggesting to keep fixing it which would've cost us more in the long run. Amazing guy, took care of our family within a matter of minutes. I called Joseph the morning after our dryer was howling to the moon and he came through as quickly as possible. Turns out one of the rollers in the dryer was stuck and rubbing up against the drum causing it to make all sorts of noises. Joseph was prompt, started dismantling the dryer and diagnosed the issue in like 30 mins I believe. It was so quick I thought I was going to be given bad news to go get a new dryer. Joseph came out the next morning after reaching out, detected the issue, and fixed it right away. He told me that it was just a loose filter that hadn't been tightened all the way...whew!
