We had a fantastic experience with George and his team. They've helped us in the past and were able to fix our appliance. Their pricing was fair, honest, and provided excellent value for the quality of service they delivered. So when our dryer at our new house stopped working, they were the first company we called. This time, the dryer turned out to have a much bigger issue. George and his technician came out multiple times, took the dryer completely apart, and genuinely did everything they could to get it working. When it became clear the repair wasn't successful, they didn't hesitate to refund us in full. That level of honesty and integrity is hard to find. Even though the repair didn't work out, we truly appreciated how hard they worked and how they stood behind their service. We wouldn't hesitate to call them again for future appliance repairs and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a trustworthy company. read more

Jorge is very knowledgeable and good to his customers. I have an old Kenmore washing machine that has been in use for over 30 years. Suddenly would not pump out the rinse water! Jorge put in a new pump and checked out the machine. A week later the motor died. He came out right away. Told me it was worth fixing and he would get it done. Ordered new motor. Now it will outlive me! Thank you Jorge! read more

I can't recommend this company enough! Kind, caring and honest! They did such a thorough job on cleaning our washer and dryer. Will definitely be calling them back for all our needs. Thank you! read more

My husband spoke to him and he wouldn't even come look at our refrigerator after he said he would come by that night. He said he couldn't order parts for it which I don't understand when he wouldn't even come look at our refrigerator. Poor follow up and customer service. Response to your comment: I don't have you confused. Same company name, same phone number and same name. read more

Exceptional service from SoCal appliances. The door on my refrigerator wasn't closing properly so I called Socal and they came out right away and fixed the issue. The technicians are very kind and very responsive. I highly recommend them! Thank you so much for the wonderful service! read more

Jorge is the best!! Our oven stopped working yesterday morning, so I reached out to three different repair companies. Jorge from So Cal Appliance Co was the only one I was able to speak with right away, and he said he could come by the same day. Sure enough, he arrived within two hours and had our oven fixed in minutes. It turned out we just needed a new ignitor, and he had the part on hand, which made the whole process quick and hassle-free. I know he was juggling other jobs, and I'm sure the other companies were busy too, but the only other company that even responded couldn't come until next week. I'm so glad I found So Cal Appliance Co. Jorge's responsiveness, professionalism, and efficiency made all the difference. Highly recommend! read more

It is awesome to know that great, honest and reliable people still exist in this day and age. I called Jorge this morning and was lucky enough that he was working on another job in my neck of the woods. He was very accommodating and was trying his best to squeeze my call into his busy schedule. You meet the guy and it feels like I have known him for a long time, very great dude. Anyways, they diagnosed the problem pretty quick and fixed my washer literally in 30 minutes. Top notch service and was able to fix my issue same day. They have very competitive pricing and do such a very quality work. I already know who to call if ever I may encounter any future issues with home appliances. Highly recommend this company. Jorge responded very quickly and scheduled to come over and take a look at my washing machine that was leaking. They didn't think it was worth it to fix. It was an older machine that came with the house, so I knew it was too late. They opened it up to showed the issues. read more

I had an old Samsung refrigerator that was giving me a hard time. The water line broke and the freezer was full of ice. George (Jorge) came out and fixed it. He explained to me that my fridge was on the way out and suggested I don't put anymore money into it. As luck would have it, a few days later it started making a very loud noise so I called him back. He suggested I buy a new one and said he would come fix it, but it was a waste of money, in his opinion. I asked him what he had and went and bought a new GE. George is the most honest guy out there and I highly recommend him. read more

Great local company, found SoCal Appliance through Yelp and the ratings and reviews were spot on! Professional, courteous and knowledgable sums up my recent washer repair experience. Awesome, very responsive family business. I can't recommend Jorge & his son enough. I bought a new washer dryer combo that they had never worked on before, but they were willing to assess the problem and learn how to fix it. Have a Bosch dishwasher and it is difficult to find anyone willing to service them. Jorge answered my call promptly, set a service date and arrived "ON TIME". The error code implied we might need to replace the pump, or worse the dishwasher! He quickly diagnosed the problem and found the source of the issue, something very small was blocking the vent. Easy fix, no parts. While here he took the time to review how to check for this in the future, as well his top 5 important list in keeping the dishwasher in great working order. I really appreciated this. While I was getting him paid, he opened or GE Café double oven and also provided maintenance tips on keeping oven clean and cautioned on using the inbuilt oven cleaning cycle. Truly appreciate his knowledge and insights. I highly recommend Jorge for appliance repairs! read more

I sent So Cal Appliance and email on Tuesday night, on Wednesday morning he gave me a call. I was having trouble with my stove burners, thought it needed a new igniter and it turns out just needed to be cleaned, he cleaned all the burners and it now works great. I was going to another appointment but he was able to work me into his schedule that day. Would highly recommend, will certainly contact him again if I have other problems on any of my appliances. read more

I reached out because I realized the rubber ceiling on my LG Front loader was stained with mildew. This team was so awesome! They had to come to my house twice, but didn't charge me for the extra time it took to replace the part. They were so communicative and friendly!! Absolutely love these guys. On time for both my appointments, very respectful and knowledgeable. Honestly would have had to buy an entirely new dryer if it wasn't Jorge and his expertise. Great experience with SoCal Appliance and I didn't have to break the bank. Thanks again guys, 10/10 highly recommend. read more

Wonder family operated business. Jorge and his son take pride in being responsive to all repair requests and are great at explaining what may have contributed to an appliance breaking and how to prevent it in the future. I have used them to not only install a new dishwasher, but also to troubleshoot when water was spewing out of the air gap 8 months later. (This is where Jorge taught me how to be proactive and clean out the air gap every few months with a brush made specifically for such a task) SoCal appliance is also who I called when my 10 year old microwave stopped working. They helped by replacing a part and saved me from having to buy and new microwave and face plate because the newer microwaves don't come in the same dimensions my current one is. read more

I was doing some laundry getting ready for a trip I would be leaving on in a few days. Of course the washer broke that evening and the door was locked so I couldn't even get the clothes out. I called George at 6:05 AM and I must have sounded a like a frantic lunatic with everything else going on and he asked me the model of my washer. I found it on the original paperwork, and he told me he would check if he had the part, but he would come out and look and at least free my clothes. He was able to squeeze me in and got here about 9:30 with the part in his hand!!! The repair was extremely reasonable...I would have paid him double at this point!!! I don't know the other gentleman's name that was with him, but they both were awesome!! I will be calling him again very soon!!!! Thank you guys so much!!! read more
