I would not recommend this company. I even gave them two chances to make things right. Had a technician come out to fix my Insignia fridge that wasn't cooling properly. Never got a call back about supposed back order on parts. Fast forward 9 months later. Called them again to fix same issue but on a used Samsung fridge I had gotten on OfferUp. Same technician came out and diagnosed the issue as just needing the coils cleaned. We opted to do the coil cleaning ourselves. That changed nothing. The technician Glenn said if the cleaning didn't work, we had 30 days to have them come back out. I called today and Darryl told me they are no longer on the hook because we cleaned it ourselves. I would never recommend this company. Find a better one. Surprised Darryl didn't want to make things right especially since I gave them another chance. read more

What a great experience. My Maytag gas dryer was not getting hot enough, so I did a yelp search for appliance repair in Temecula, CA, and I found Kwik Appliance Repair. I gave them a call and to my surprise I was able to get an appointment for the following day. I have used other companies in the past and usually had to wait 2 to 3 weeks for a repairman to come over. The following day Glen from Kwik Appliance Repair showed up at my home and he was very knowledgably. I told him what the problem was with the dryer and he had the problem figured out before he even touched the dryer. The gas igniter and igniter coils had gone bad. Fortunately Glen had the parts on hand in his repair van and he immediately went to work. Glen was very thorough, during the repair process Glen noticed the lint trap housing was missing two mounting screws and the latch that secures the top on the left side was missing. We had the dryer serviced about 2 years ago and the person who serviced it did a lousy job putting the dryer back together. Glen replaced the missing parts and gave the dryer a thorough cleaning before replacing the bad igniter and coils. Glen had the dryer up and running like new in minimal time and the cost to repair it was very reasonable. In my opinion it is hard to find good people like this who really know their job and take pride in their work. If I ever need an appliance repaired or serviced in the future I won't hesitate to call Kwik Appliance Repair. I hope they are paying Glen what he is worth. Thank you Glen. 5 Stars! read more

We had a technician come over to inspect our fridge to check the ice maker that was no longer working. He claimed we needed a new ice maker ($300-$400) without performing any real inspection...we asked him several questions, EG "could ice be backing up the water tube?" etc. to try and understand why we need to replace rather than repair.....all he kept saying was "they either work or they don't". We begrudgingly paid the "service" fee and put a deposit on the new part that they claimed they would overnight for us. We have heard nothing and it's been over a week. We have called multiple times and left voicemails. There is no automated message advising when we may hear back nor have we received a response. Pretty sure we've been scammed. I called Kwik and Glenn came out. I told him what the dryer was doing and He said I needed a $300.00 repair. I said OK and he did the repairs. Repairs complete and no improvement in the dryer! Glenn and his Supervisor came out and told me it was a clogged Dryer vent. I hired someone else to clean my dryer vent and that should fix the problem. Edited after company followed up.* This company took our money and disappeared for 10 days after telling us they would call us within a day. We thought we had been scammed. Their tech came over to check our broken ice maker in our fridge. He took a look without doing any diagnostic tests and said it's broken you need a new one. We asked for further explanation and he had none beyond "these just stop working". Said we needed to pay the $69.99 for service fee even though he did nothing, no tests or diagnostic anything. Also, tech was asked to keep mask over nose AND mouth as we have an infant baby in our home, and he repeatedly let it fall down to expose his nose. Said ice maker needed replacing, quoted us $350-400, said we needed to our deposit for part, called and representative took our card and charged us $175. Said they would try to overnight the part but it may be a bit longer because Easter weekend. I said NBD. Well That was 10 days ago, no call/email/text from them, we have called 16 times, texted and left 3 voicemails. No answer, no return communication. For three days in a row. No business voicemail telling us anything that would give us reason to pause or think they are working on anything. Absolute ghosting, radio silence. Left this review with one star initially, and magically got a call within the hour offering refund or discounted service. We opted for refund which we are told will be processed within 3 days. We are still very frustrated with this experience, our time was wasted and as new parents life is hard enough in a pandemic without feeling scammed and/or ignored by people holding a chunk of our money. We were informed there was both a scheduling issue with our part and also the phones have been problematic all week as the reasons for the radio silence. While this isn't really justification for our experience, I do appreciate and respect that they called and rectified the issue as best as they could. So I am leaving this review up because we still had the experience we had. Called the company to schedule service due to my washer making a loud screeching noise. The technician came out a couple days later and spent 3 hours trying to figure out what the issue was. After turning the machine upside down and cracking the drain pan that the washer sits in (which my wife witnessed him doing), all he did was tighten up a couple things (which that bill was about $300). The screeching noise went away, but he cause the washer to leak! This washer is only a few years old and has NEVER had a problem leaking. Since it did have a pan (but was cracked) I didn't notice the leak for about a month or so when we started noticing a mildew smell pretty bad. I then noticed that the washer was leaking into the pan and out onto the floor (the washer is upstairs by the way), so I then realized there was some floor damage which thankfully I was able to dry up with fans. Called them back out and they said they only guarantee their work for 30 days so I would have to pay for another service fee! They ended up coming back out and said that a seal was going out and now it will take about $1000 to fix it! WTF!!! I'm pretty sure I paid about $1200 for this machine brand new!After days of going back and forth with the technician and manager, he ended up being extremely rude yelling at me saying he will no longer service my machine and that was the end of it. Horrible service, impossible to get any answers, they dodge your calls, and their main number always goes to the managers cell phone which he rarely answers and doesn't even have a voicemail set up so it just hangs up on you! Our was washer broke and I contacted KWIK because they were able to come out the same day to see why our washer stop working. Since our washer and dryer is 20 years old we found out some parts were not longer available and that they would charge us $500 to fix our old washer. We decided to buy a new pair. The guys that came over to look at our washer told us about their company and that they could give us a good deal to buy a washer and dryer from them. My husband and I went down to their store to check it out and found out its a warehouse setting instead of a store. We didn't think anything of it and decided to buy the products from them. After we paid I was told from Darryl he would call us the next day to have it delivered. I received no call. The next day no one call until later the afternoon which we were not home to make a delivery. Would you give someone a heads up when you plan to schedule a delivery? The next day again no call... no products. We just kept getting excuses as why they could not deliver . So I decide to call Lowe's about their GE Washer and Dryer and found they were $800.00 cheaper . We decided to buy from Lowes since (1) Kwik did not deliver the products as promise and (2) they were way over price. I then called KWIK to cancel and the guy Darryl said he would give us a refund , but again we get excuses on why he has not gave us our full refund. A refund should take 10-15 minutes not DAYS! We've learned our lessen, we will only go with reputable companies like Lowes or Home Depot ! read more

Dquan was the first representative to come to the house to inspect the washer. He was extremely pleasant, assessed the problem and let us know that it needed further assessment. Then comes Glenn. I cannot say enough about this young man and his professionalism. If he is a true representative of Kwik Appliance Repair, they are a great company. Glenn spent the better part of a day taking apart the machine to isolate the problem. Once he had it figured out, he researched the part and its availability. This machine is 17 1/2 years old so finding an available part was difficult. He did find the part, rescheduled a time to come and he replaced it. The next day (which happened to be a Saturday), Glenn called to find out if there were any problems with the machine (i.e. leaks). I told him I had been hesitant to wash, but would do so the next day (Sunday). He asked that I call him if there was an issue. Well, the old machine decided to leak. Glenn immediately went into action and had me schedule another appointment. He came back today to find the leak and though the part is no longer available for this problem, he has made this customer very happy. Exceptional service! I had a problem with a microwave door latch on a built-in microwave /oven combination and Glenn showed up right on our agreed upon time the next day. He took the whole unit out of the wall and began disassembling the unit. It was a painstaking process, and he photographed each step along the way (this thing was like an erector set!). Glenn finally got to the latch, reset it, and put the entire unit back together with no "leftover screws" at the end. A true professional! Contacted them about 2 months ago about problems I had been having with my rockstar fridge. They came and refilled the freon (which I thought would've been an easy fix) after a day and a half turns out the fridge ended up leaking all the freon out and it shut off again. Had to contact another company to come out and fix their mistake due to them not responding back to my messages after 3 weeks.. With a more of a detailed inspection while we're here they would've found the bad relay (simple fix) and had done a better job at sealing the freon hole after refilling it it would've been fixed a long time ago. read more

They had a technician out to diagnose or refrigerator the same day, and due to the grueling process in place with AHS they came out again, and then once more. Darrell and his team were very responsive throughout the process, they went to bat for us with ASH, and made sure to keep us in the loop. After scheduling an appoint, an technician was assigned to stop by my house to look at my refrigerator. He brings in his tools, that he doesn't use by the way to look in the back of the refrigerator and tells me we need a fan replaced based on the sound my refrigerator was making. I called and was able to schedule a repair appointment for the same day for my LG Tromm gas dryer. They texted and called me to let me know when the repair crew was en route. The diagnosed the problem very efficiently and honestly. Daryl really knows the workings of this dryer. He ordered the parts and they came back and installed them the next day. I called this company to repair my gas dryer. They were by far the best company that has ever come to my home to repair an appliance! They were professional in every way. They had to order a part for my dryer. They kept me informed of when the part arrived and when they'd come back to install the part. They were also good at letting me know when they were in route to my home to do complete the work. The pricing was also fair. I had a washing machine breakdown in November and I had 3 different technicians come out and none of them were competent enough to repair my washer they just wanted to make an easy buck. I ended buying a new washer. I wish I had known about this company. If you want your repair job done right and for a fair price call these guys you will not be disappointed!
