I noticed a puddle of water on my washer pan and reached out to Nicolas Appliance Fix for help. Nicolas came out on Tuesday, quickly diagnosed the issue, and found that a part inside the washer was leaking. Because my washer is stacked with the dryer inside a laundry closet, he explained that he would need to order the part and bring his assistant to safely complete the repair. A couple of days later, he returned with his assistant and got everything taken care of. Yaroslav was able to work on the problem and show me exactly what was wrong. My belt broke and he was able to get my dryer to work for a while we waited for the part to come in. Took about 3 days and they messaged me right away to let me know they could finish the work I needed. Yaroslav came on a Saturday and finished the repair on my dryer. My garage refrigerator/freezer went out today (Sunday) and I lost most of my frozen food. I found Nicolas on YELP and saw the great reviews. I contacted him and he agreed to come out immediately in an effort to fix the problem. He gave me a time frame and arrived when he said. Nicolas was very friendly and professional. Unfortunately, he went to work and discovered the compressor went out. He advised the repair would be costly around 800 dollars. Due to this being a garage refrigerator, it would be unwise to fix, and I'd be better off buying another. Nicolas was amazing. He was honest and forthcoming, and I would highly recommend him to all.
