We hired Nick to fix our GE Oven and install a new range top we bought. Nick ordered the parts to fix the oven and he got both jobs done quickly. When he installed the range top he spent extra time to make sure the gas line is installed properly and there's no leaks. We are very happy with his job and the price was very reasonable. Nick was prompt for each visit, which honestly I was shocked. Usually when given a time frame of a couple of hours, most of the time I am waiting past the promised time. But not Nick! He was on time and very professional. He listened to my concerns and took the time to explain what was wrong. My GE washer stopped working at the start of a cycle, and I had called around and was getting denied any help due to the fact that my washer and dryer were located on the 2nd floor, in a closet, and they were separate units but stacked on top of each other. Every handyman, including GE, told me they couldn't help or I had to unload the washer and dryer and pull it out of the closet BEFORE they can come out!! I felt defeated and was in tears trying to find the help!! Thankfully I found Nicolas Appliance Fix, explained the situation and received a call back telling me that they would come out!!! He ordered the parts, and took his time to fix it. Seriously the best service! Thank you so much for helping me out! I will 1000% recommend you to all my friends and family! Let me start with Nicolas was great at communicating with me when I had to reschedule our appointment. He was knowledgeable about the appliance and fixed the problem right away. He also charged a very reasonable price for his work. Just to add I recently lost my father who was in charge of all the house repairs and I did not at any point feel like I was being taken advantage of while discussing the price or work that needed to be done on my dryer. I was impressed right away--they had availability within the hour. Nicolas came out promptly, assessed the situation, and was honest in letting me know that the microwave was beyond repair. He explained that replacing it would be more cost-effective, which I really appreciated. It turned out he was absolutely right--the issue was a major electrical problem, not a simple fix. After I purchased a new microwave, Nicolas returned the very next day to install it. His expertise and knowledge were clear from start to finish. He took the time to make sure everything was installed perfectly, ran multiple tests, and ensured it was functioning properly before leaving. I'm extremely happy with the result--my new microwave works great and looks fantastic. Nicolas is courteous, respectful, and offers very reasonable pricing for the quality of work he provides. It's rare to find someone so honest and thorough. I wouldn't hesitate to call him again and highly recommend his services. Requested got response right away. Gave info over yelp got reasonable low quote for house call srvc charge applied to cost of job same day availability. Nicholas was professional explained issue gave more accurate quote for repair but changed price after needing to replace part. Dishwasher was not draining thought was clogged hose originally after opening up found motor pump needed to be replaced had on hand correct part. Repair took more time he was charging per hour. Price was still reasonable after discussion he lowered price alittle. Has been a couple of months dishwasher working well. Will call again for other repairs. He can repair fridge or setup washer dryer as well. This is a newer business he is self employed willing to work with customer. Would suggest adding drop cloth for water appliance repairs as our floor was wet we had to look for old towels to soak up not readily handy. This would be key for better customer service repair. read more

Update 1/8/26 had another company come to my house , Not only was it only a clogged drain filter that was causing the issue when your technician came out to my home I told him I felt like it was the drain pump filter that was clogged. I had washed a floor mat that was extremely lint filled, and it sounded like it was struggling to drain. Your technician did not even takeoff the back of the washer the top of the washer or even look for a filter. In fact when I asked him that question he said no this washer does not have a filter yesterday Steve's appliance came to my home, took the washer back off. Found the filter. Found the drain pump clean both of them and voilà my washer worked again. I questioned your ability to diagnose problems considering you wanted to put in a new drain pump when that wasn't even the issue I again do not recommend this company. read more
