Eric came within two hours and he was a very nice and knowledgeable. He was able to find the cause of the water leak from my LG front load washer and gave me good advice how to prevent the issue. He also gave me good tips for other appliances. I will definitely keep him as my appliance service guy! Thank you Eric!! read more

Our refrigerator/freezer stopped getting cold, Eric came and replaced a part thinking that may be it. Next morning still didn't work, so he stopped by the next day and figured it out. Honest guy, highly recommend if your fridge has an issue. read more

When my refrigerator stopped cooling well, I decided to go with Eric for the repair, even though the diagnostic cost was a few bucks more than other replies. Why? Even in our initial conversation he asked the right questions and offered some possible scenarios. And when he got here, he confirmed that it only required a minor cleaning of the coils - so no additional cost! (In my experience it is hardly ever just the initial cost, so it was a welcome surprise.) Finally, Eric offered some advice on how to keep my fridge maintained in the future. And what brand to buy when I'm ready for a new one. read more

Quick to reply and scheduled same day. Finished within a couple hours. Highly recommend! Work done: mold removal and deep cleaning read more

I called regarding a refrigerator service call and he gave me enough info over the phone that I knew I needed a new fridge -- instead of coming to my house and telling me the same thing -- He saved me the $85 service call fee. Outstanding. They will be my first call next time I have an appliance issue. Trust is hard to find. Thank you! read more

Eric was able to come the same day and look at our dishwasher, which was unfortunately not worth repairing. But he did lend us his expertise on finding a good replacement washer. Would hire again. read more

If you need a reliable, professional & punctual repair man to come to your home, this one's it! My husband contacted a few places to try and get our dryer fixed as soon as possible. I was happy he came promptly during the holidays. However ad states 85 diagnosis fee go towards repair. Sounds great he said he had the part in the van but get this...$285 hourly rate! His bill was 350! He only swapped out 1 part and was there 1 hour! read more

Eric responded quickly and was able to identify and resolve issue with our washing machine. We will definitely call again for appliance repair if needed! Very professional. Worth every penny. read more

Eric is very professional, knows appliances very well. We had 3 contractors that were sent to us from our home warranty and they said replace your fridge, the parts are no longer available or it was going to cost us the same amount of money to get parts as it is getting a new fridge, they suggested getting a new one. I love my fridge, this is a 3 yr old refrigerator. So we called Quick Fix and immediately he was over and inspected the fridge. He discovered it was just the fan. He replaced it and our refrigerator came back to life again!! YAYYYYY! We highly recomment Eric, he is very reasonable and HONEST. He won't try to rip you off. THANKS ERIC!! read more

Very very trustworthy! Would call for all appliance needs . Not a lot of businesses that are honest and truthful with you like this business was. read more

Our washing machine stopped working and I made an appointment. Eric was able to work on our Samsung (only 5 years old) and determined it was the electronic board and when he checked on the part it is no longer available. He checked & offered to find a rebuilt part, but no guarantees & he would not recommend it. Eric did recommend a machine and a business and we are so grateful for the recommendation. We bought a new machine and in our research it is one of the best machines on the market. We were able to get our machine delivered tomorrow but we understand there is now a waiting list until November. Thank you Eric for your service and especially your recommendation. Have read more

Sent a message to the business and Eric responded within 24 hours. We scheduled an appointment to fix my dryer which was making a horrible pounding screeching noise. He explained the problem, gave me a more than reasonable price, and he fixed it within an hour. He showed me the worn parts and explained the consequences of not fixing it. He also left me a website where I can order a part for my refrigerator. He then swept up and cleaned the area. Eric in my opinion is top of the line in hired workers. He now has secured any future jobs on my property. Thank you for everything! read more

Please be very cautious about hiring this business! I hired this business to fix a very simple issue. $400 dollars later and 4 visits to my home, my ice maker does not work and now my water dispenser isn't dispensing water despite the fact it was working fine before he came the last visit to supposedly complete the repair. He left in a hurry and said I needed a plumber. He recommended his friend who get this, wanted to charge $600!!!!So after I paid Eric $400 for creating a problem I didn't have he had the audacity to recommend I spend another $600 to his friend? It amazes me he didn't just say he was sorry he couldn't fix the issue right then and there and offer me a refund on the spot. I had to wake up the next day to realize I had more issues than before he started this project. I reached out and was refunded for his labor but I was talked into purchasing a part that cost over $100 that I probably didn't need and is installed in the fridge. I am now waiting on a new business to diagnose the issue. I hope the issues are not beyond repair! I can't help but feel taken advantage of. A freezer repair should not have cost me this much and taken this long only for me to have more problems than before he came. I also took time off work to be available for the repair man only for him to reschedule because he didn't have the right parts. His nonchalant attitude about running late or need to reschedule is so inconsiderate to the customer. We have lives and jobs too and some of us do not get paid $250 an hour for our work! read more

Amazing service! Dryer is still working great, had parts on him so we're able to get up and running!

The service was great, on time and affordable. Can't ask for anything more. Eric gave me great advice on maintaining my dry showing me maintenance tips and going out of the way to advise me on how to keep my appliances maintained. Thank you. read more

My freezer stopped working (on a weekend, of course) so I called after doing a quick Yelp search. Eric answered at 8 am on a Sunday morning, and showed up a couple hours later. I highly recommend and already saved the contact info for future use. read more

Very impressed with the quick response and service :) My 20 year old fridge stopped cooling overnight (freezer/fridge) and I reached out to Eric at Quick Fix Appliance Repair, not only did he answer in the first ring but he also offered to come to my house within 30 minutes to diagnose the problem. I was very impressed that he knew within a few minutes what the issue was with the cooling system. He needed a part that he didn't have with him at the time but offered to go find it and come back the same afternoon. I was very glad he was able to quickly find the part and come back to fix my fridge at a reasonable price. Within a matter of a few hours my fridge was restored. I highly recommend Quick Fix. My fridge broke down and that same day Eric answered my call and was able to fit me in just a couple hours later. He came and quickly assessed the issue and gave us really honest advice. His expertise and honesty is obvious. And I would much rather go to someone like him than some of these shady agencies. He did in a half hour what someone else would have taken much longer to do plus informed us on how to better care for our other appliances. We will be hiring him for other things that need to be fixed. read more

Yesterday I discovered my refrigerator and freezer was no longer working. I called this morning and the gentleman was able to accommodate me and fix it at a reasonable price and time. He was even able to access a part for my older Frigidaire. If it weren't for him, especially during this pandemic (where everyone is afraid to make house calls), I would have had to pay hundreds of dollars to replace my refrigerator unexpectedly today.
