Since my previous review, one last item which the new thermostat has been installed. We were happy and thankful for the good will of Sean. However we still disappointed with the AC condenser unit that was replaced with the lower efficiency machine that was cheaper and low quality. Well, promise made is not promise kept. It will made my experience whole if the unit was replaced with what it promised. Updates: After I post this review the owner : Sean, was calling me and my wife multiple times, almost every hour. Asking me to take down this bad review. First he asked me politely then he starts threatening me and my wife by explaining what do we do for living and he will start calling my friends, family and workplace where we work. Not sure what he wants to do by stalking our information and being intrusive to our life. He insists to come back to my house which I refuse to give him permission. He threatens my wife by telling her that he used to be a bad guy, and I don't understand why he starts getting violent and seek revenge against my family. So I decided to file restraining order with Los Angeles County Court to protect my family against his violent nature and behavior, per our lawyers advise. read more

Poor Workmanship that damaged my house, dishonest owner, and repeated broken promises to repair. In removing my old gas furnaces from my attic and carrying them from the second floor to the first (then outside), SPH's workers badly scratched all sixteen steps of my pristine hardwood staircase (house is only 8 years old) by setting down the heavy old units on each step as they descended. I sent photos of the damage and spoke to Mr. Patrick, who said they would fix it. He sent his crew chief to inspect and take photos. Johnny admitted that the workers should not have put the unit down on the stairs when removing it and said he would make sure they corrected their procedures in the future. ' Then I heard nothing for seven weeks. I called Patrick to ask how they were going to proceed, and he claimed for the first time that the scratches were there before his crew started work. He said he had time and date-stamped photos, taken the morning they started, showing the pre-existing scratches. I knew this wasn't possible, since there were no preexisting scratches, but I asked him to promptly email me copies of these supposed photos. He said he would but never did. I continued to demand that they repair my stairs. Eventually one of his employees sent a flooring company to inspect the stairs and give them a bid. Weeks later they send another company to get a second bid. I kept asking when they would have my stairs repaired but it never happened. I first notified Sean Patrick of the damage they caused, and sent pictures, last July. They have jerked me around for six months, and still no repair. I have been a homeowner for 47 years and have worked with many contractors, including two major home remodels and building a new house. I have never before submitted a negative Yelp review on anyone. I am shocked by the dishonesty of this company and their string of broken promises. I will never use them again and plan to sue. read more

Carrier has only a 1 year warranty on their commercial products and had to replace a Variable Frequenxcy Drive. defective again only after 6 months. the name is correct as it breaks 'frequently.'Sean responded quickly and arrange for an experienced tech to come out the next day after it stopped raining to examine, address and fix the issue without excessive technical explanation, deflecting responsibility and overcharging like designer bags. they get the job done without fearing something else will go wrong later. the price is reasonable without having to sell your left kidney. I contacted Sean Patrick HVAC to replace a thermostat in my home thinking that was why I wasn't getting any heat coming thru the vents. They replaced the thermostat but system still wasn't working. His tech came back the next day and said I needed an entire new system, quoted us $12,000.00 to replace the furnace etc. Never did they offer to repair the furnace or say there was a possibility to change a part. Very disappointed in this company, call another service provider and they found the problem, replaced the damaged part and charged $460.00 for the repair and part, with a 2 year guarantee. read more
