My issue was with a budget-priced mini split system installed 5 years ago (not by JET.) Joseph took the time to discuss my situation by phone. He appreciated that I was on a very tight budget and offered honest, realistic options for repair or replacement if/as needed depending on the source of the problem. He scheduled a tech visit to diagnose the problem(s). His tech was very professional, knowledgeable, and also offered solutions that were within the realm of possibility financially for me. My husband and I have been searching for a company to install a/c and upgrade our electrical for years. No one could do it without charging an arm and a leg, and half of them just didn't want to or couldn't; so we gave up. Then, our son passed away, and before he did he made us promise to get an a/c installed. So, I started looking again. We found a couple of companies that were ready to do it, but I couldn't accept what they were quoting; we live in a mobile home and have almost everything that is needed except the electrical capacity and the condenser. That's when I found JET on Yelp! We feel that our son (also known as JET) gave us this sign... What a wonderful company!! Joseph, the owner, is very communicative and said they would be there at 8:00am (not between 8 - 10), and they were there before 8:00! And they were quick! We got a new heater installed, had a brand new condenser installed, and the electrical panel wiring was upgraded, as well. On hot days I noticed my thermostat was going blank. I called Jet Air Solutions. They came out and were able to identify that my condensation line was clogged. I've never had a maintenance done and didn't know that this is included in preventative maintenance. My unit had a switch that triggers water and turns my system off. The technicians came out, cleared my condensation line and replace my filter. They left my hallway cleaner than when they came vacuum my floor and wiped the walls down.
