When Isaac arrived, he took the time to troubleshoot my issues with me, and we quickly got to the root of the problem with my unit. He also walked me through all of the options I have for my unit, and provided me with a hassle-free experience. I really like their family membership program and signed up for that, so I plan to continue doing business with them because this was a great experience. I definitely recommend giving them a shot for any of your HVAC needs!

John was honest and fair about the pricing and expectations. The outlet was installed within the next couple of days and got the permit filed for inspection the day we signed the contract to begin work. The installed took about 5-6 hours with power being shut off for 20 minutes. The inspection is something the owner would have to call the city to arrange the date. John provided the number to call. It was simple and quick. Overall, I am very satisfied with the work and communications received throughout the process. I definitely would come back for future electrical work.

My family and I recently moved to Lancaster, CA in the Antelope Valley from the San Francisco bay…read morearea and we bought a house. I noticed that one of my rooms where my home office is barely had any airflow coming in the vent and my compressor outside was loud, luckily I had home warranty. So I got a guy who checked everything out and all he said was change the air filter and he recommended the size of the filter I should get (note that this is my first home so I have barely any knowledge of the equipments). One new air filter later and that didn't do anything. So I went on yelped and looked for somebody to check out what was really happening. That's when I found Clear Choice Home Services, I gave them a call and John answered and right there I felt that we instantly clicked. During that one phone call he already scheduled a free estimate inspection to check out what's happening with my HVAC. The process was really straight forward and simple. On the day of the inspection, Levin from Clear Choice greeted me at the door and explained to me what he was going to do. He was really respectful and kind when doing the inspection, he would always put shoe covers, so he didn't get the floor dirty, he would carefully place his tools against the wall or on the floor, so he wouldn't scratch or damage anything, and on top of that, he would always ask me permission to check out different sections. An hour later after the inspection, he told me what was going on with the house, he mentioned that my compressor needs a tune up, the furnace needs a tune up because it was covered in duct and dried up oil, the airflow to my office was caused because of an undersized duct which is why there was barely air any coming, he also said the air filter the other guy recommended was the wrong size, so Levin gave me a free air filter! After the diagnostic, what I really appreciated about Clear Choice Home Services is they gave me options on how to fix the problems. Options with the size of the work and price options. Other companies would of just tried to manipulate me on getting the best option. After thinking about it and seeing the photos Levin took, I had an undersized duct to my office, but the other ductwork in the attic were so old and the plastic exterior melted off! You could see the insulation. I knew I wanted to future proof my new home, so I picked the option to replace all the ductwork in the attic, install a compressor-saving kit, and do maintenance tune up on my compressor and Furnace. After picking my option, Levin scheduled when the work would happen, and luckily they were able to come in 2 days later!! On the day of the Installation/Work, Levin and John both came! They were really professional and got the work done in one day! After getting everything done, they took their time with my wife and I to explain what they did and showed us pictures. They also spent extra time tuning up the airflow, so each room gets the perfect amount of Airflow. Overall, this was a really amazing experience, John and Levin were professional, kind, trustworthy, and great communicators, and the most important part is that they were real with me, like how a brother or a close friend would talk to me. They are definitely going to be my go-to HVAC team moving forward! They also provide a bunch of bundles, discounts, and financing, so you have plenty of options if your financial situation is tight. If anyone is hesitant or has any questions about Clear Choice Home Services or about John or Levin, please free to contact me..

I spoke with Barbara and I let her know my situation that I had two mini split units that needed a deep cleaning ASAP because I noticed mold was inside the units. Barbara confirmed with the technician and was able to set up appointment for same day with a small waiting window from 2pm-4pm! Other companies were giving me long waiting windows on when they might show up. I also love that she was able to give me an upfront price on servicing my two units!! Daniel and Eric were the two technicians that came out to service my units. Daniel was very knowledgeable, helpful, and kind. I explained the situation with the units and he was confident that he would fix the situation. Before he started, he let me know what he was going to do to deep clean the units and remove the mold and gave me another option just in case it didn't work. His confidence put me at ease as I was stressing so much about this mold situation. Daniel and Eric were very professional and we were able to get the job done and had my units looking brand new! They made sure there was no mess left behind and the areas that they serviced were clean. They showed up on time and actually a couple minutes early, which was a great surprise. He also installed a new cleanout/access valve on the condensate line, which should make future maintenance much easier. What impressed me most was that he went the extra mile and checked the entire drainage setup. He noticed dark buildup inside the small tubing near our sink, removed and thoroughly cleaned it, and then reconnected the tubing much more efficiently. The previous setup had excess tubing that was bending/kinking, which may have contributed to the drainage problem. Jay took the time to explain what he was doing and why, and he was extremely friendly and helpful throughout the entire visit. You can tell he takes pride in doing the job correctly rather than just getting in and out. Great experience with Wintri from start to finish. Highly recommend, and a big shoutout to Jay!

What I appreciated most was his honesty. He explained that he can get my AC fixed and running today, but because of the age and condition of the system, it would probably make more sense financially to start thinking about replacing it rather than continuing to put money into repairs. With three kids at home and this heat, getting our AC back up and running today was definitely important! Jay was kind, patient, never pushy, and made sure I understood all of my options. It's really nice dealing with someone who isn't just trying to sell you something. Great experience all around. Thank you, Jay!
