I was in the market looking for a refrigerator and needed one for my place. Originally I was going to go with another vendor, but they fell through. So I went on Yelp looking for another option and found Appliances 4 less. Checked out their site and saw the refrigerators they had available. I saw one that I was interested, so I went to check it out. When I arrived I was assisted by Jenna, who vas very helpful and provided great customer service by answering my questions. My eye was set on the GE refrigerator [Steel Exterior] that was posted on line and I was taking the measurements so I can make sure it would fit. I did an inspection of the unit and was sold. This particular unit was Brand New, never used. The only thing that was noticed was the plastic wrap on the bottom portion was peeked off (Cosmetic). What made my decision easy was the price I paid for it. Went into the office and started the paperwork. Whet I really appreciated was the option of financing they have. Applied for it and got approved. After everything was finalized and amount was within my budget. I would highly recommend getting the setting up done. It is an extra cost and delivery is free. I set a date for the refrigerator to be delivered and Jenna made the whole process easy. The day came for the delivery and got to meet Max. He was able to bring the frig upstairs to my place and he was able to set it up. It was a perfect fit for the space and he recommended that the handles go on the other side, so I have room to open the freezer and bottom. I was open to the suggestion and was not an additional cost. I appreciate that from Max and it shows that he was honest. My overall experience was great and the customer service I received from Jenna and Max made my decision to do business with them the right choice. In my personal opinion, I would recommend appliances 4 Less, if you are looking for an appliance and are on a budget. They have different inventory, so check out the site first. This review is 5 months late! So sorry! But my intention has been to applaud how convenient, reliable, & accommodating James & his business are!! This summer our dryer broke down, & we went through so many routes to fix it. In the end, it continued to cause problems, & we were looking for an affordable 2nd hand replacement. When we found Appliances 4 Less in the same city we live in, it was 1 hr from their closing time on a Saturday afternoon, & to hear that all of the items were brand new, out of box mark downs for cosmetic reasons, but that they all still came with a store and manufacturer warranty, we were sold! We found a model we were happy with, & James was willing to talk us through the differences between gas & electrical dryers, he helped answer questions about the different hook-up options, hook up the chosen machine to demonstrate its operation multiple times, & he stayed 1 hr after closing to help finalize our sale & help me load the dryer into my car! He was very reasonable about the 1 week store warranty, & making sure it worked well for us! He also let us bring back the old dryer to recycle/trash it at the store for no additional cost! Overall, our expectations were exceeded with the service, with the products, & we definitely learned that in the future we would've saved ourselves a lot of headaches & money if we had just come here first!! We came here yesterday looking to find a replacement for our fridge. James helped us make this experience easy and stress free. Ofcourse with any big purchase and my indecisiveness, he was patiently following us around and making sure all our questions/concerns were answered. The whole process from selecting to getting down to the whole financing transaction was great~ we were in and out in less than 30 mins because customer service was that awesome. Went in on Mother's Day as my refrigerator went out. James was super helpful. The prices were upfront and accurate for comparison. Found a good refrigerator for significantly less than the retail stores and got it delivered the same day. Other stores were a 2 to 3 day lead time. The extended warranty was reasonable as well. I bought a $3k refrigerator there for $1700 3 yrs ago. I was very impressed. The place is under new management I believe now. We bought an LG washer & dryer 2 days ago from them. The sticker on the washer read "was $720 now $520" and the dryer read a similar discounted price.. we paid $930 for the pair plus $50 for delivery and $50 for haul away. We found them for almost the exact same price today at lows. $598 & $458. We were misled and lied to. Night and day difference from when we bought or fridge. My wife is ,however, happy with them but I'm not sure we will be returning with our business if I can get the same price from Lowe's with free delivery. When you factor in delivery and haul away we paid more for open box appliances. Not cool... LESSON LEARNED Do some research before you buy from them read more
