I felt uneasy worth most from scams and having multiple business names and then sending different people other than who they told me were coming. Then I had one business that sent someone who was smoking pot before coming into my home. Luke is reliable, professional, respectful, on time, and knowledgeable. We have a huge JennAir fridge and a built in GE Profile connection oven. He was very knowledgeable about all our issues with both these appliances. He was honest and saved me money but telling me not to fix an item but to buy a new one because he could not guarantee that it would stay fixed. I appreciate that. Luke was our angel when we needed one on a Sunday! New granddaughter having to go back in hospital. Stressed parents and grandparents trying to be there for 4 year old brother.
