Came right on time even earlier. No extra charge. Did not try to up charge me. The only issue we had was he want 200 up front. I offer him 100 and once he order the parts I would send the rest. He did not appreciate that so told me to go some where else. But the person knew what he was talking about. After I was able to ask my dad for another 100 to send him the 200 he still didn't respond. read more

Luis is an honest and reputable repair person. He diagnosed the problem, thought he located the part, but the dishonest parts supply then said the part was on back order. He did not hesitate to refund our money. Even though we did not get our stove repaired, it was nice to have an honest person to deal with. Thx Luis! We'll do business again! read more

This has been my third time using 4AAAA. Luis assisted me with an LG fridge, Samsung washer, and a Frigidaire fridge. I have been more than satisfied each time. Luis responds promptly to quote inquires. During each time, it was never more than a couple of days that he schedules the first appointment. Luis's prices can compete with every contractor that I have made contact with. He is knowledgeable, honest, and thorough. He'll be the first that I call for any appliance issues. read more

One of our tenants complained about the freezer not reaching freezing temperature. I called two different appliance repair shops, and Luis was about to come out within 30'. He diagnosed the fridge, sent me before and after photos, and cleaned up after himself. He was in an hour in 45'. He made sure to let me know what to expect within the next 24', and promised to come back at no labor charge if what he did didn't fix the problem. He is so nice and knowledgeable about all kind of appliances. I am so glad that we found him. Will definitely call him when we need to service our appliances. read more

I HIGHLY recommend 4AAAA Appliances! Our dryer was making a squealing sound and the drum wouldn't turn right away. I was highly concerned about the risk of a fire. Luis responded within a few minutes of my asking for a quote via Yelp and answered the phone right away when I called him. He was able to come right away and showed me the issue after diagnosing the problem quickly. He had the parts on hand and our dryer was up and running in no time at all. I feel the price he charged was very reasonable and fair and we are beyond pleased with Luis' professionalism, response and service. read more

Luis responded within just a few hours late in the day. After listening to my description of how our icemaker quit making ice and looking at the fridge for a few minutes, he said it was probably just a maintenance issue and may not even need any parts replacement. He quickly removed the back panel and showed me all of the dust build up and said he has seen this so many times, preventing proper air flow for the ice making condenser. He did a thorough cleaning job and explained many things to me and put it all back together. He said only time will tell since you have to wait for ice to be made but he was confident that what he did would fix it. Sure enough, when I woke up the next day, the ice maker compartment was full of ice! He could have just replaced the fan like the fault code said and like a few of the other repair men recommended (for much more too!), but he said his experience told him otherwise. He was right on. Timely, knowledgeable, efficient and courteous. Highly recommend. read more

My dryer had been out of service (not heating) for several days and loads of laundry were quickly piling up!! I needed it repaired asap!! I live in the High Desert and wanted to support a local business.. I came across AAAA Appliances and decided to give them a call. Luis answered and had availability for me the following day... we scheduled between the hours of 2-4 and to my surprise, he arrived at 2 o'clock on the dot and about an hour later, my dryer was up and running again. Luis handed me all the coin change that had been discovered through the repair which was unexpected and honest. Great service, great value... I will definitely keep his information in case I need it for future references. Thank you again Luis for your prompt and amazing service.. Highly appreciated and recommended read more

Louis, came out to fix my dryer, did a diagnostic check and from checking it thoroughly, found out it needed a motor. He got the motor and now the dryer works perfect. Just had to wait for the mailing service to get motor to him, and he was here the next day to fix it. Definitely will call his business again. Love supporting family businesses in the area. read more
