Came right on time even earlier. No extra charge. Did not try to up charge me. The only issue we had was he want 200 up front. I offer him 100 and once he order the parts I would send the rest. He did not appreciate that so told me to go some where else. But the person knew what he was talking about. One of our tenants complained about the freezer not reaching freezing temperature. I called two different appliance repair shops, and Luis was about to come out within 30'. Louis, came out to fix my dryer, did a diagnostic check and from checking it thoroughly, found out it needed a motor. He got the motor and now the dryer works perfect.
