I call Howard's (Midway) Appliance to see if my washer and dryer was still under warrantee with no…read moreresponse for a few days and found out I was calling the main company a few hours away from me (No more Privately owned company), then I went into Howard's in Victorville, CA, and they told me that they do not have a appliance repair department, they have a 3rd party do the repairs. Then I had call L.G. 800 number that was on my dryer and they told me it would me $000.00 to just make a appointment and then the cost for part and labor when they do come out to see what is going on with my dryer, I said to my self "NO WAY". I called AA TV & Appliances (Locally owned and operated) to come out and look at my L.G. Dry, do to one of my bearing wheels was out (sounded like it froze-up. They came out the next day watch I did not expect that fast, and the young man (Mr. Adolfo) was easy to talk to and when he herd it he knew what the problem was right away and explained to me in plain English what was the problem and how much ($$) all together (out the door). It only took a few minutes to do the job and the amount of money I paid was good for the repairs, and they also took debt cards. Right afterwards the heater sensor went out and after getting the part the next day, he installed it on the dryer and only had me just pay for the part only (NO OTHER FEE's) and now my dryer works as good as new. I really recommend this company and this young man.

Whoever the man is that owns this company is also rude, so I went with another direction. I'm looking for a fair and reasonable appliance man, not a con.

So I can honestly say Sam and Mike are awesome . There was an issue with our membership. Sam caught…read moreit real quick. She involved Mike the manager in it. We were able to get it resolved figure out what was going on and I mean it was completely smooth with them working as a team. No one but my husband got a little stressed and I was able to settle that real quick. So I made a few purchases and I was even able to get free delivery with Best Buy because Costco is offering free delivery right now. And my installers will be out in two days. Can't beat that. And since my installation is free, that saves me $30.09 which is a plus in my book. Best Buy gets 10 stars from me this day. From the time I walked in everyone was super helpful. Remember to ask for Sam, she really is great. She makes you want to come back, excellent customer service

I went into Best Buy to pay my credit card bill in person and asked the clerk how much I owed…read more Their system showed $30, so that's exactly what I paid. After that, I kept getting emails saying I still owed money. I ignored them at first because I trusted the amount I was given in-store. When I finally called, I was told my payment was made after the due date (January 5), since I paid on January 12, and now I owe $156 due to added fees. This is incredibly frustrating. I paid the exact amount your system told your employee I owed, in person, and I'm still being penalized. What makes this worse is that I've dealt with issues like this before with the Best Buy/Citibank card and even received a settlement check years ago related to their practices. It's disappointing to see the same kind of problems happening again. Customers shouldn't be punished for relying on the information your own system provides.

We were told our dryer needed the motor repaired, then they changed the problem and said it was a different part. So now we have been waiting for an update, and we have not received a call or a text. So I called plenty of times and they said they would get back to us after speaking with the secretary or whatever she is. They never called back, so after a few calls they texted if they can call me later? It's been 2 weeks and nothing, honestly save your money. And go somewhere else this is not the buisness to go to. They told us they would fix it, but they just left everything in pieces. If you want parts to go missing from your appliances go here.
