If I can give a zero star rating, I would. Very unprofessional in the matter of customer service, they do not answer their phone. We were told our dryer needed the motor repaired, then they changed the problem and said it was a different part. So now we have been waiting for an update, and we have not received a call or a text. So I called plenty of times and they said they would get back to us after speaking with the secretary or whatever she is. They never called back, so after a few calls they texted if they can call me later? It's been 2 weeks and nothing, honestly save your money. And go somewhere else this is not the buisness to go to. They told us they would fix it, but they just left everything in pieces. If you want parts to go missing from your appliances go here. I called David's appliances to have the gas line hooked up on a cooktop. When speaking to book the appointment, I asked the lady on A- price and B if the repair tech had parts on hand - just in case they were needed. I had a brand new gas connector but was missing a coupling. Price quoted was $85 plus parts if needed. I was told that the technician would call me if parts were needed (I was not home but had someone there) Tech connected the gas line, said that the brand new connector was bad and was leaking. Also said that I needed to go buy a new one and that I should be able to install it. Second issue was that he said that the top did not fit on the granite counter- He charged $25 to come and basically do nothing. Before coming home, I stopped at Home Depot for the coupling that was missing. I could and did end up doing the job myself. I asked for a tech as I didn't have the time to install the cooktop the night before and needed to have it working in the day time, at which time, I would be at work, but had people at home that needed to cook. Second issue- the cooktop did not fit? Pictures attached to show the cooktop in its place. All in all, it seemed as the technician didn't want to do the job, didn't have the parts on hand and couldn't figure out how to properly place the cooktop in its place. $25 bucks down the drain for an incomplete job. read more

You call them and the person who answer's doesn't remember who you are or that you've attempted to request repair at all. She says they will be there and they don't show up. read more

My name is Cindy I called David's Appliances for a repair on my fridge on 6/20/19 , Sam the tech came and repaired the fridge but tore my floor. I've been trying to have them repair it but the owner Mary has been very disrespectful and very rude, she has not answered phone calls they are very unprofessional and lying about having insurance. I would never recommend them to anyone and plz be careful because the tech probably doesn't have any degree in refrigeration and the owners if they tear up your floor you will never get it replaced. I am handicap and now I have to go out of my way to find an estimate and go to court to file for them to do a 600.00 repair, I paid a year ago 480.00 to put this new floor in my home don't do business with David's Appliances I will work on closing them down ASAP. I also am going to report them to the Better business bureau, and consumer affairs so if you've bought something from them and have a warranty if there closed you can't claim anything so beware. read more

When the repair man came to my house he was really friendly and informative and what was wrong with my dryer. As soon as I told him yes I wanted the dryer fixed the got to work! Horrible customer service! I don't know about the technician because he has NOT fixed our washer yet! The tech came to my house asked what the problem was and without even touching the machine said it is a very common problem, bearings are bad. He took a picture of the washing machine and said they would have to be order the parts! Well, a few days led to a week then to a week and a half now 2 weeks. A tech finally came out after several calls to them, and now it's not the right part we need to order again. The were supposed to be here between 3 - 4 pm today, no tech showed up and no phone call ... Nothing! We called and ask what happened to our appointment and they said oh well we need to get another part and drive down to the valley to pick it up , so for sure tomorrow.... Really!!! They are rude and don't contact to give you any update or change of status .... For such a very common problem (they say..) needs replaced you would think they would have them on stock or something ... No the parts were not even on back order... Why does it take 2weeks to get them sent? Are they coming Pony Express ?!?! Bad... Just bad!! Would NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL! read more

davids appliance sent their technician and his diagnostic was a part that cost almost $300 to replace. then my wife informed me that same day that our washer was under Sears warranty, so i called sears to have their technician come out to look at it. Sears diagnostic was to only calibrate the computer board. David's technician had also stated it was noting to do with the computer and that the washer intel valve needed to be change. i then called the office and spoke with the secretary to complain about why their technician provided a wrong diagnostic and they wanted to take advantage of a situation by trying to make money off innocent people, whom relied on these so call professionals to fix appliances. i asked the secretary if can nicely refund me the $40 call service as their technician provided a wrong diagnostic and she bluntly said i can take them to court. she was very rude and condescending. she did not want to provide business owners name and phone number and did not care to make it right. David's appliances are taking advantage of situations by providing wrongful diagnostics and they take no accountability. again, this store manager was very rude and loud and disrespectful and i do not recommend them as they are lying and providing wrongful diagnostics and taking advantage of people. read more
