He explained that I needed an oven that had the correct amperage for my house. Jeff was very thorough with his questions as to what we did with our oven (i.e. bake, broil, etc.). He explained the difference between different setting on the ovens (Convection, etc.). Jeff went above and beyond to get us the perfect oven for our needs. We had a problem with our washing machine and called Stacy to set up an appointment for service. Jeff came and diagnosed the problem right away. He had to order one of the parts but made a temporary repair so we could still us the washing machine until the part came in. My LG fridge broke over 3.5 weeks ago, I was looking through Yelp for an appliance service company that could come and take a look at it and Stacey B. replied to my inquiry and informed me about an extended warranty on the compressor and advised me to contact LG directly to avoid messing with the warranty. I contacted LG and they informed me that the repair will be covered under warranty as a "one time courtesy". Long story short: They're honest and they didn't stop until it was fixed Authentic Appliance is one of only two Bosch dishwasher repair companies in all of Southern California. Bosch directed me to them when our dishwasher stopped working. Bosch technical support steered myself and Authentic Appliance in the wrong direction, but that didn't stop Authentic. They kept going until it was working again and only charged us the proper amount and not extra for all of the unnecessary parts and labor Bosch technical support is responsible for.
