I was able to find the replacement part on eBay for a reasonable price, install it myself, and now our washer works perfectly. What really impressed me was their honesty and professionalism. Many companies will still charge you even if they can't figure out the problem. The Appliance Guys, however, were willing to forgo payment if they couldn't diagnose the issue. That level of integrity is exactly why we chose their company, and we're glad we did.

This was such a true blessing as the fridge went out on Saturday and I reached out to Gerri n Wednesday as no one was helping us and Mom is 85 and i am 63 we have medications that need to be refrigerated we also lost our food and now could not replace it as we had no place to put it so this truly was a crisis and Gerri and Johnny took it as the serious situation that it was. I do not only recommend ARROW and if you have a warranty please call ARROW and ask Gerri if they can help before going through days of a nightmare like I had experienced . I could never thank everyone at ARROW for the great service and the human kindness and concern they gave to Mom and I .

Being tired of buying big box store appliances that would break every year, we researched and…read moredecided to purchase a Speed Queen washer. Authentic Appliance was the only place in the Antelope Valley (Palmdale/Lancaster CA) area. This was the first time that I had known or entered this business. The show room was a lot larger than I expected. The co-owner was very nice and professional. She greeted me right away and asked if she could show me any particular appliance. I told her our situation and she showed me all of the Speed Queen washing machines and the history of the Speed Queen. She made sure exactly what I wanted and expected from this type of washing machine. I had lots of questions and she answered all of them, and she did so by not making me feel like she was rushing me. I also discovered in our conversation that she and her husband own the store. And she does the sales portion and ordering and her husband handles the deliveries and the repairs. Then added that he does not have to do hardly any ever repairs with the Speed Queen brands, and that they own a Speed Queen as well. I liked that she didn't shy away from the "I wish it had this" or "it could improve on this" responses to me. I loved her honesty! I of course I purchased our very first Speed Queen washer. And we absolutely LOVE it. I wanted to wait at least 6 months or 1 year before making a response. I wanted to make sure that I was still happy with our purchase. We plan on moving away from the Antelope Valley. Now we wonder if we will sense our Grandkids are here. So, if we do decide to stay here or move to a better area in the AV, we will 100% buy ALL of our appliances from Authentic Appliances. And we will be needing to make that decision very soon. If we stay, we will be buying a new dryer, new refrigerator, oven/stove very soon. And once our big box dish washer breaks, we will be buying all of these from Authentic Appliance! Oh, I forgot to mention.... he delivered and set up our new washer as soon as it came in from Speed Queen. It was on back order because folks are like us, fed up with these big box crappy appliances. This machine is worth the extra cost!!!!!!!! Do not go cheap on this appliance. You will be so happy buying one of these machines.

We were told our dryer needed the motor repaired, then they changed the problem and said it was a different part. So now we have been waiting for an update, and we have not received a call or a text. So I called plenty of times and they said they would get back to us after speaking with the secretary or whatever she is. They never called back, so after a few calls they texted if they can call me later? It's been 2 weeks and nothing, honestly save your money. And go somewhere else this is not the buisness to go to. They told us they would fix it, but they just left everything in pieces. If you want parts to go missing from your appliances go here. They take advantage of "fixing" Like the saying goes " the cheap cost more" Si puedo dar una calificación de cero estrellas, lo haría. People who are limited in their transportation cannot "just go to Palmdale" as easy as you think. If you own a Kirby, you are away of the values of the machine.
