To my surprise, he personally called me sooner than expected to schedule the appointment because the part had already arrived. James is very professional, knowledgeable, and experienced. He replaced the broken part efficiently, and my dishwasher is now working perfectly. He even advised me to keep the old parts for at least one year since they are covered under the manufacturer's warranty, something I truly appreciated. The price was very affordable, especially considering they use genuine parts. I highly recommend The Appliance Guys. Their work is outstanding, and their customer service is excellent.

Arrow sent a repairman out and a part had to be ordered. They expedited the ordering process and sent out a loaner refrigerator in the meantime. But, in the meantime, I had lost all of my food and I was getting ready to host my family for Thanksgiving, I was not happy! The repairman came out and installed the new part but the refrigerator still didn't work. So they told me to just come in and pick out another refrigerator. I didn't see anything that I liked or that I felt would compare to the one I purchased, except one amazing, way over my budget, Samsung model! Carol hesitated to make the exchange but I reminded her of the inconvenience I had experienced as well as all the food I'd lost just days before Thanksgiving. Carol finally agreed to give me the Samsung model and delivered it just 2 days later; so far so good. I am extremely impressed with the awesome customer service I received and their willingness to go above and beyond to help. Things could have been so different had I purchased from a big box store; I'm sure they would not have worked so closely with me. Carol took all my calls, returned calls and made me a priority. Everyone in the store was solicitous, respectful, and extremely kind to my Mom. They bent over backwards to assist her. Professional licensed plumber, Chris, showed up promptly on delivery and installation day with the new dishwasher. It was very difficult to remove the old dishwasher, but he did it--AND put the new dishwasher in place--with skill, professionalism, positivity, and patience. His demeanor was very pleasant and kind. The Palmdale office employees have worked in that office for a very long time and have always been extra accommodating staying late, providing demonstrations, etc. if needed. I found them to be always patient, kind and informative. The product they provide is a long-standing strong, well-made piece of equipment that goes back to most of our great grandparents and beyond.
