    I went to Best Buy the day after Christmas to repair my phone screen. Lawrence the assistant manager here is extra helpful and polite, however the staff that do repairs are a bit unmotivated. I had a screen warranty repair plan for my phone that is truly Awesome. I paid an initial fee and everytime I need my screen replaced they will change it out at no charge. However it's quite dismal to have to go get it repaired at the geek squad service counter. The phone people don't really want to do it because they want to sell phones and the tech squad is understaffed and service the appointments first. I tried to schedule an appointment through the app but I wasn't able to. I sought out help from one of the managers and Lawrence immediately found an employee to do my repair. I have encountered him before and experienced the same positive resolution. I give 5 stars for Lawrence and the only reason I gave Best Buy the 4 stars is because of him as well or Best Buy may have received a 2 or a 3 rating.

    It's what I paid for a product that stopped working in the warranty period and the only gave me $221 back

    BB completely has given up on customer service and treating the customer with fairness. I got these headphones in November of 2023. They stopped working over the 4th of July weekend. I am a total protection member for BB. I paid $275 for these and with the Total Protection Warranty I'm supposed to receive all of my funds in store credit to replace or get something better if I add some funds. That didn't happen on this day. They charged me $54 to return this broken item. I'm never going back to any BB. They are crooks.

    Never buying anything here anymore. Purchased a washer dryer from them. There's too many hidden fees! I already spent a little over $2000 for an LG Electric Washer/Dryer Stackable One unit $1800 for appliance, $160 for warranty and tax, and still requires you to buy a vent kit, hose kit, a power cord?? Which cost me another $130. I thought this would come with free installation atleast, but no. Had to pay additional $24? I Should've GONE TO COSTCO! They're bunch of crooks.

    First, I want to give kudos to an associate named Eric and a manager named Sol. They were both so friendly and went above and beyond. Eric assisted me for nearly 30 mins finding an external hard-drive for a mac. The section was a mess. We couldn't find what we were looking for, so Eric recommended the 2TB I have in the picture. While it says $59.99 for 2TB, it rung up as a different price. Manager Tyler never looked at the picture to even see that the brand and storage amount were the same. His customer service wasn't terrible but not great. Manager Sol ultimately assisted me. He looked at the picture and immediately understood the confusion. He didn't accuse me or blame his associates. He even tried to sell me a Best Buy membership. Excellent service!!

    This store sold me counterfeit AirPods Max and refused to return them. They also refused to return my a meta quest 3 they sold me due to serial numbers not matching. Double check your products because this store is straight trash.

    Full of clowns "geek squad" doesn't fix consoles unless bought from there in that case they don't even bother they just give you a new one.

    This is an update to a previous review that I left. I purchased a refrigerator that I absolutely…read moreloved, however, it stopped working after only a month. Arrow sent a repairman out and a part had to be ordered. They expedited the ordering process and sent out a loaner refrigerator in the meantime. But, in the meantime, I had lost all of my food and I was getting ready to host my family for Thanksgiving, I was not happy! The repairman came out and installed the new part but the refrigerator still didn't work. So they told me to just come in and pick out another refrigerator. I didn't see anything that I liked or that I felt would compare to the one I purchased, except one amazing, way over my budget, Samsung model! Carol hesitated to make the exchange but I reminded her of the inconvenience I had experienced as well as all the food I'd lost just days before Thanksgiving. Carol finally agreed to give me the Samsung model and delivered it just 2 days later; so far so good. I am extremely impressed with the awesome customer service I received and their willingness to go above and beyond to help. Things could have been so different had I purchased from a big box store; I'm sure they would not have worked so closely with me. Carol took all my calls, returned calls and made me a priority. I highly recommend Arrow Appliances. Thank you Carol and I'll definitely be back.

She remembered…read morethat her "old faithful" came from Arrow Appliance decades ago, so she visited the store and found the perfect replacement. Everyone in the store was solicitous, respectful, and extremely kind to my Mom. They bent over backwards to assist her. Professional licensed plumber, Chris, showed up promptly on delivery and installation day with the new dishwasher. It was very difficult to remove the old dishwasher, but he did it--AND put the new dishwasher in place--with skill, professionalism, positivity, and patience. His demeanor was very pleasant and kind. My Mom is very grateful to Arrow Appliance, and our entire family knows who to go to when we have any appliance needs. Thank you, Arrow Appliance!

They never called back, so after a few calls they texted if they can call me later? It's been 2 weeks and nothing, honestly save your money. And go somewhere else this is not the buisness to go to. They told us they would fix it, but they just left everything in pieces. If you want parts to go missing from your appliances go here.     I ordered a new GE Profile over-the-range microwave oven to replace the one I had which failed…read moreafter 7 years of hard labor. I also ordered delivery, installation, and removal of the old unit. The delivery was on time and they removed the old unit. Those were the only tasks done right. The installation team (coincidentally the same two guys as the delivery team) tried to install the new unit using the existing brackets from the old unit instead of using the brackets (and templates) that came with the new unit. They fiddled around and drilled 5 or 6 holes in semi-random locations (because who uses templates when you are a crack expert installation team???) and finally drove the mounting screws cock-eyed into the unit so that it is hanging about 1.5 inches below the bottom of the cabinet. Lastly they just ignored the exhaust vent piping leaving the transition adapter completely disconnected from the microwave (by, coincidentally, that same 1.5 inches). I said: "what are you going to do about this big gap? They said: "That's just the way it is with those brackets, but if you don't like it you can call this number within 48 ours to return the unit". I said: "I don't like it and you need to fix it." They cheerfully pointed out: "If you don't like it you can call this number within 48 ours to return the unit." They then proceeded to take the shipping box, that still contained all the necessary but unused parts, and scooted out the door, noting: "If you don't like it you can call this number within 48 ours to return the unit." They left behind a cloud of wood chips, cardboard scraps, Styrofoam bits, and plastic sheeting on the counters, floor, and stove. Oh, and they left behind a card that said "you can call this number within 48 ours to return the unit". So I called that number (around 5 minutes after delivery since I didn't really need to wait 48 hours) and told Home Depot they need to come and do the installation properly (with a different crew), repairing my cabinet, and they probably need to bring a new unit because all of the necessary installation parts departed with the previous cheerful delivery/installation crew. Update: 12/13: I replied to the HD form in the comment. Update: 12/13: Repair crew arrived and looked at the install and said they would order a new unit and get it installed properly. They also stated they generally don't look at the unit instructions during install because "they are experts", and stated they don't use the templates because they "measure"... without referencing the installation instructions.

It got my heart racing when the dog was about to bite me. I said something about the dog and the owner started laughing on what i said like it was funny. Will not be coming back.
