Looked up Sherwin Williams art deco blue, found out Naval Blue was their 2020 color of the year and the perfect throwback for art deco! Eddie Mata at the store explained the different paint finishes and I was so in love with this color we bought the paint without the sample and hoped for the best. Big shout out for Eddie - he was so helpful and explained S-W stands behind its paint and customer satisfaction and I was so excited to take it home and get the samples covered so we could start the real painting. When I asked for assistance from a SW professional I was forwarded to a man named MARCOS who patiently navigated the color board picking out the color recommendations from SW color snap all in all it was about 20 color swatches he compiled for my customer. The second walk in was in to actually make The purchase of the colors to be put on the home of my customer. We selected SW latitude because the paint product is designed for the climate of the antelope valley. I am amazed by the professional etiquette of this store and its entire team. My pool cover is 1 year old and is halfway torn in half, holes everywhere, and every time we take it off the pool there are little bits of it everywhere that have fallen off and I have to scoop out with the net. According to the manager, the warranty doesn't cover the fact that their product only lasts 5 minutes. It only covers the seams where it is glued together. Don't tell me "it's not my fault...it's the company". B.S. You chose to have this product and this warranty on your shelves therefore it represents your business. Might as well buy a cheaper product online if you're not gonna stand by your product. I'd much rather support a local business, but you give me no choice.
