I've been to this Target countless times, and it's honestly one of my personal favorites. It's very close to where I live, the Drive Up option is super convenient, and my delivery orders usually arrive quickly with hardly any issues. Whenever I place online orders for pickup, they're usually ready within a reasonable amount of time, and the staff has always been helpful when I arrive. When I shop in-store, I can usually find what I'm looking for and my items are usually reasonably priced even though people swear Walmart is the better option. And when I can't find the item I'm looking for, the staff is generally good about helping me locate things. My only real complaint is that sometimes I've had to wait a while after pressing the button for assistance, especially when I need an employee to unlock a case so I can grab an item. That can be a little inconvenient. Other than that, I really don't have many complaints. This is a reliable Target location, and I'll definitely keep coming back. read more

I love this Target! Every time I visit my sister, I make it a point to stop by and grab some goodies. It's in the perfect location, always clean, and double the size of a regular Target. Target - One register open on Sunday! So dumb - Department Stores Near Me - Palmdale, California

Wow, yesterday was bad. We went to the register to pay. Not sure her name but she was not able to cashier at all. Took about 25 min from the time we put our stuff down. The first customer forgot his wallet, so she had us wait while he ran to the car to look for his wallet. The cashier could have voided the transaction but we had to wait. The second 2 young females were paying, gave her cash, and she paid with her card, so a split. And the cashier counted the money 5X and you could tell she messed up. Somehow the girls got money back. Lol, when she was helping us, she kept stopping to think of what she was doing. I get it, some people don't know how to count money, but come on, if you don't know how to count, don't work as a cashier. We're so annoyed. I wish we could have changed lanes, but it was too late, and the line was long. When we were walking out, I saw a manager and told her that the cashier needed help. Good luck finding anything that is supposed to be organized. Everything is so disorganized and in array. The clothes aren't on the correct hangers nor are they in the correct sections. Horrible service at Starbucks. I usually have such a great experience but not this week. The workers were busy hustling to get drinks out and their manager was just standing there not helping. He kept looking at his workers slaving away and didn't even bother to greet guests. The following day I went in again and this time a girl named Katelynn was very rude and short with me. Stopped by at the electronics section and the 2 guys working there are not fit for the job, idk how you hire ppl like this. Showed the item I wanted to the first guy and and first thing he says was we don't have it without even checking to see if they have it or not, idk why he seemed so confused or if he was on something because it's not rocket science, he was hesitant on looking and bringing it out. He was also rude when I was polite the entire time despite that. I showed him a pic and he still asked me which option out of 2, there was no 2nd option I showed so idk why you're asking me that anyway. I said the white one. No I showed you the pic and the item in the pic is white too, you didn't look properly, don't blame the customer when it's your fault. Without thinking I even said sorry about that because i didn't want to argue with him, but actually I have nothing to apologize for so no I'm not sorry - he was weird. It seemed like he knew exactly which item I wanted the whole time and was avoiding bringing that specific item out to me too on purpose. While he went in the back he took forever both times to come out and there was no quickness, like I have all the time to just wait there. I go to pay - it asks for pin, I ask to bypass pin - he ignores me so I try again, I did not want to enter my pin and he was looking at me enter it which was shady looking back on it, he still ignored me and I tried a 3rd time. I said again I want to bypass the pin and he asks his coworker who's says I don't know how to bypass the pin. How are yall hired here? You are just watching me try over and over and you're clueless as to how to help me. This is supposed to be second nature working in retail, nobody really enters their pin - clearly there was something wrong with their system. I also saw that I was charged 3 times for a large amount and their register did not produce a receipt. So they took me down to guest services and the girl there saved the day - she was amazing and patient and took the time to help me instead of dismissing me like the other 2 and she understood my concerns and worries about being charged multiple times. She was friendly and attentive, hire more like her - she knew what she was doing. Standard should be that ALL employees should be like her. The other 2 especially the first guy I interacted with make me not want to come back to this location tbh. I only go here when I need urgent necessities since it's close by to my house, but other cases I do not step foot here. Management sucks and they don't even care about what their employees are up to. Employees don't want to help you with finding anything. They just tell you it's either here or there and you go figure. They're products this is the 3rd time I found expired stuff on the shelves. Thank God I look at the date before I pick anything up. This time of my visit was dog food and fish which were expired. Let's see what we will find next time. read more

Palmdale Target on 10th st west is horrible. I put in a pick up order at 8:04 pm. They your items will be ready within 2 hours. At 9:45 I checked to see if it was ready and saw that they closed at 10 pm. I called the store and no one answered, I called several times and no answer. I had 5 items, 2 of those medication because I'm home sick, Kleenex, dog food and toilet tissue. Four of those items are on the same side of the store. Pathetic that that can't even honor the business they promote. How hard is it to pick 5 items. read more

Came in yesterday with my bf and found four magneto black light funko pops that we were really excited about. When we went to pay, the employees let us know that the pops were accidentally put out a day early and took them away from us since they would not be able to sell them, the manager told us to come back tomorrow. So we came back the next morning and of course there's not a single one that we wanted out, and now they are saying that they won't be released here until a later day. They are selling the same pops at different target locations all around LA, so don't waste your time coming here since they will give you false information, and punish the customer for the employees mistakes. read more

Normally I love target and in the past, living down the street from Walmart, I would go out of my way to go to a Target, but this store is ridiculous. On multiple occasions now, I've visited and there have only been two registers open. Maybe management needs to hire more or there isn't a willingness to work. The self checkout is a joke too. But waiting in line for 20 minutes can drive a person to shoplift beer and cups. Once again I visit and I do love Target, but please OPEN MORE THAN ONE REGISTER. PLEASE. Ordered drive up, my order was TWO ITEMS ONLY!!! I did it thinking it was gonna save me time like the app says....well... I had to wait 3 HOURS !!!! I called and a guy with attitude answered, I asked him if he could tell me how much longer and he said no, then I asked him if he could check if somebody was working on my order and he said "if you haven't received a notification saying that it's ready then it's not ready".........
