Update#2 I FINALLY heard back from someone at corporate.... But it's ONLY because I filed a complaint with BBB!!! That's right. This issue could've been resolved in house had someone at the store called me back but instead they pretended to care by replying on here and I had to resolve it with the Better Business Bureau. Final resolution, I had them pick up the couch, ottoman and recliner and got a full refund!!! Lesson learned, never again! Went and bought everything through Costco. **update #1 Case number provided by store owner is WRONG! Clearly made up just to look like they're doing something to help which it's now been over a week and we haven't heard back from anyone. Mr. Store owner, since you claim you have my case information, why haven't you done the right thing and called me to discuss this matter??will you at least be providing the so called Velcro? Call me. You have my information. Why hide if you don't have any guilt selling cheap shit?

Ashley requested photos of the sque numbers so I sent them all.  I got we can't open the pdf. So sent over and over and even to a J gonzalez

Back in December of 2024 we spent close to 5000 dollars on a set of couches and matching recliner. We bought this from furniture discount. We we told by Caeser, the salesman, that the furniture was warrantied for 3 years. Not only did he lie but, within 1 maybe 2 months the furniture started squeaking loudly from material rubbing against material. I called the store and Ashley sent out a rep. All he did was smear some kind of lubricant on the sides of the couches and recliner. It stopped for 2 weeks but came right back. We were told by Ashley to rub vasoline if it continued. Welll we didn't spend this kind of money to rub vasoline. Next. I called ashley furniture and filed a claim. I also called the shop again to voice my complaints. It's been 2 weeks since I sent over all requested information and still,, crickets. I've had it and this is the first step in warning folks that Ashley Furnitue not only is in my opinion, JUNK, but their service is horrible. Now it looks as if we'll be headed to small claims court. LOL.

We went to shopping around for furniture and found that Ashley's had the best selection. We got a dining table, a new mattress that has changed my Life, a bed frame, tv stand cabinet, and comfy counter stools. We had a great salesman named Vincent who was very knowledgeable an personable. He also gave us space to shop around on our own, and suggested additional items. When delivered, the team was respectful and put all of the furniture together, which makes the value of the buy even better! We are very happy with our purchases and looks forward to finding more items at Ashley's.

I got a mattress 2 months ago and I am having problems with the item the mattress sags badly I'm trying to get it changed but they give me excuses

Damaged table, wood.

Horrible customer service. Delivered a damaged dining room table, I called 14min after the delivery was completed. Emailed them pictures of all the damages, they sent someone to inspect the table and was told the table wasn't damaged and looked exactly like their display. I also took pictures of their display and theirs was not damaged. Asked for an exchange and never heard back. This was not the first bad experience I have with this store.

I ordered a nightstand online in July and received and email that it was delivered in September. It was not delivered until November. Once I opened the nigthstand, they had sent me the wrong item (wrong brand, color, style, everything). When I brought this to their attention, they continued to tell me to call back. I called a total of 7 times before it was somewhat solved. I was met with such rudeness and disrespect throughout those 7 calls. Blame was placed on me a multitude of times when I have the proof of their mistake (sending a different item than I ordered). This mistake caused me to lose about $150. Horrible customer service and horrible business model. Avoid this company.
