First time Sit n Sleep customer, now a lifelong customer! Had the best purchase experience with Stanley. He was knowledgeable, informative, & welcoming. He answered all questions my father and I had about my new mattress purchase. Came in store after a bad online bed in a box purchase. Found the perfect Serta with Stanley's diligent help. Mattress delivery at home was less than 24 hours from purchase. Will definitely return in the future & recommend to others! Thank you guys!! read more

I'm extremely grateful for the kindness and professionalism of the delivery team. They arrived on time, handled everything with care, and made the entire process smooth and stress free. Their positive attitudes and willingness to help truly stood out. The sleep products was delivered in excellent condition, and the team was respectful, efficient, and courteous from start to finish. Great customer service like this deserves recognition. Thank you for making this such a pleasant experience! As far as the selection: We got the King Koil Hybrid; we have not slept on the mattress as of yet. As far as the value: We paid an arm and a leg for these products. Hopefully, there will be no regrets in the near future read more

Today my wife & I decided to get a new mattress, after searching different stores and brands we decided to visit Sit n Sleep in Palmdale. Upon arrival we were greeted by Causette. She was very knowledgeable and Professional letting us try different type of mattress base in our needs. She took her time explaining the difference in between mattress and letting us compare them. At no time she tried to make a quick sale or being pushy. She actually went out her way to honor us the Black Friday price. We were Not disappointed with her customer service, and she is highly recommended to our Families and Friends. Keep up the good service!! read more

My wife and I went in looking for a new bed, and we were helped by Causette ("Cozy"). From the moment we met her, she made the experience easy and enjoyable. We went home to do some research and came back a few days later -- and she was just as friendly and helpful the second time around. Cozy really takes the time to build a relationship and make sure you feel confident in your choice. She's genuine, down-to-earth, and knows her products inside and out. She gave us a great deal on a Premier Adjustable Bed and Mattress Set, and we couldn't be happier with the quality and comfort. Highly recommend this store -- and definitely ask for Cozy! read more

Bought a mattress at a discount that was used for 30 days because the price of a good brand mattress like Sealy is high. Mattress is o.k. but they pushed the mattress pad that was very thin and might only last for one washing. It's in a box and they don't pull it out so you don't know until you open it. So not a perfect experience. I wished they wouldn't have pushed the pad because they have really nice mattress covers at Macy's that are not paper thin and a better deal on sale. read more

Went into sit n sleep Palmdale after spending 1 1/2 hours at Bobs furniture shopping for a mattress and being so confused and feeling like we were being upsold at Bobs especially when they told us our adjustable platform wouldn't work and we would have to purchase a new one. Claudette at Sit n sleep listened to what we just went through and showed us mattresses that she believed was what we wanted. On the first mattresses she showed us was perfect and didn't try to up sell us and told us the platform we had should work fine. I appreciate her listening to our concerns and explaining everything. She made the experience pleasant and seamless on the purchase If your looking into buying a new mattress i highly suggest purchasing from this store and ask for Causette she was genuinely helpful read more

The bed are ok but the sheets truly suck. They are super thin and they tear. Had to exchange within 5 months then they said I could return even though they kept tearing apart in the middle of the bed, we have a dual so they lift up and the bottom was constantly tearing Management at the Palmdale store no help whatsoever you pay for $200 sheets you think the quality would be better than 300 thread count which they recommend you use on a bed that heats and cools and then they don't tell you that in order for your bed to actually cool you down the room with the temperature has to be below 70 which really sucks $11,000 for a king size bed $300 for sheets. The sheets are horrible and the bed does not keep you cool read more

My review is about the delivery. Ordered on Friday and promised a delivery date for today. I took a day off work to not miss delivery. After not hearing from anyone about a time frame, I called. I found out I was not on the schedule due to their error. No care or concern about my time, just reschedule. I opted to cancel. You don't get my business when you can't even keep your word. Now I have to wait two weeks for the cash given to them to be mailed. This is how they treat a repeat customer. Update: Customer service reached out and made it right. They have scheduled my delivery for today as promised. This is what I look for with customer service and they knocked it out the box. read more

If I could leave no stars, I would! I had the most frustrating and infuriating experience with Sit and Sleep, and I cannot recommend them to anyone based on my recent ordeal. First off, their business practices are fraudulent at best. I purchased a mattress from them, and after realizing it wasn't what I needed, I tried to initiate a return, as I was promised a "no-hassle" return policy. This couldn't have been further from the truth. They insisted I try a different type of mattress, even offering me a discount. I regrettably agreed. I called to cancel my order again, as this bed was even worse. I could barely sleep, and woke up sore and stiff and in pain every night. I was met with rude, dismissive staff who kept giving me the runaround. They continually pushed me off to different departments, making the process incredibly long and stressful. Each time I tried to speak to a manager, I was hung up on. Finally I spoke with a manager who refused my refund since I tried a new mattress. Its either return or exchange. I believe they fraudulently led me to believe I could exchange after the second trial, just to keep the sale. I told them to listen to the call recording to see what their salesperson told me, and they don't care. It's clear they're more interested in taking your money than providing any level of customer service or upholding any kind of transparency. Save yourself the headache and avoid this company like the plague. They clearly don't care about their customers and are only interested in exploiting people. If you're looking for a hassle-free shopping experience, look elsewhere. read more

We had a great experience working with Matt to select a new mattress. He was knowledgeable and provided great insight and suggestions.

We spent 16 thousand dollars for ajustable bed from Italy along with 2 sets of sheets $300 a set these sheets are horrible they don't fit the matress at all they are not soft and they wrinkle up the second you move the bed we got was told to be a self making bed while putting tge sheets on that wasn't true Stan was a great sales person went beyond and above but my complaint are these awful sheets that come off the matress if you move my $25 wrinkle free sheets from Walmart are better then the expensive crap we got read more

We were in the market for a new mattress and friends told us to check out sit and sleep. We walked in and were immediately greeted. Upon arrival. The gentleman walked us directly to the mattresses we were interested in and gave us the rundown. He seemed genuine, very kind and knowledgeable. His suggestions were greatly appreciated, and he was truthful when referring one mattress over another. We went in on a Tuesday and our mattress was delivered on Thursday. We appreciate the quick timeline as we wanted to get better sleep as quick as possible. The mattress we purchased was a Tempur-Pedic hybrid and we love it. I highly recommend the store. The pricing was fair. Customer service fantastic. I will definitely be back. read more

Corporate Customer Service will do what the salesman can't like waive restock fees, take back a base, and accept a return. Don't let them rob you. Returned my mattress due to a terrible experience then went across the street to Mattress Firm with 100% better in store service. Go to Sit n sleep only to try out the large variety of beds but don't make the mistake of purchasing anything. What a shame I grew up watching the sit n sleep commercials and always hoped to be a customer. read more

My husband and I were in desperate need of a new mattress and were not looking forward to having to look for one. I had done some research thinking I kind of knew what we needed. I was so wrong. Matthew warmly greeted us when we walked in and helped us right away. I let him know a bit about our needs and current issues, and he recommended we try the 3 min bed assessment they have. It asked us each questions based on each of our needs, and guided us to the right type of beds we needed. We tried about 4, and Matthew answered all of the questions we had and was very laid back, which was perfect for us. He didn't try to push us into anything we weren't comfortable with, and we will have our new bed in 24 hrs! Looking forward to better nights sleep. Thank you Matthew! read more

My husband and I have never bought a new mattress, we've always gotten a handmedown bed. So, we both decided it was time for us to shop around and get a bed, as ours was finally getting very uncomfortable and unbearable to sleep on. We shopped around the valley, and Sit n Sleep was our last stop on Wednesday. Adam greeted us, and was very kind and knowledgeable about the different mattresses and what would work for us and our needs. He was very helpful in keeping us below our price range and even threw in some free extras- just because. We shopped, chose, and bought our bed within an hour with his help! In addition to fantastic customer service, this store had a huge selection of different beds and was very clean and welcoming. Such an awesome buying experience and would definitely go back and we absolutely recommend using Sit n Sleep! Our mattress set was delivered today (Friday morning) by Carlos and Fernando, and it was so convenient because there was actually an app that allowed us to track them on a map and see exactly when they would be arriving to deliver our bed. Upon arrival, they removed our old bed free of charge; and set up our brand new bed for us. They were very nice, but also quick and efficient while being safe and careful with our new mattress set! 100% recommend these guys as this entire buying experience was a breeze and our new "Infinity Cool" CalKing mattress is seriously amazing and we're so stoked to have something so comfortable! read more

My mom has been a loyal customer of sit n sleep. But now she will no longer buy from this company. She had an adjustable bed frame delievered. The delivery man was by himself , set it up very fast , and didnt allow my mom to inspect the bed frame before he left. She didn't check it like she should have . 2 weeks later while changing her sheets she notice the tears. She called the customer service number and was told since she didnt call earlier they will not exchange the frame and the warranty does not cover it. They did say they would give her a discount, so $50 was taken off a $1000 bill. Now.we have to figure out how to fix the tear so it doesnt get bigger. Should have bought from Costco read more

I've been searching for a firm mattress online and have been in and out of 4 different stores. Andy Premus at this location was the best sleep problem solver I've ever encountered. Very professional, gave me the facts and was never ever pushy. He made it a very personal experience for me and I know I made the right choice by speaking with him. If you want someone who cares about you and not himself, ask for him and he will definitely take care of you. Andy, my personal thank you'd goes to you and your wonderful team. Much appreciated. Matthew Jordan, the store manager along with his salesman were extremely helpful in finding me the perfect mattress that I needed. I have purchased a total of five mattresses at this store and I love the affordable prices , great customer service and most importantly, the friendly staff. The warranty that sit and sleep provides for their customers gives me peace of mind that I if anything goes wrong with my mattress, I have their warranty to back me up. I had a hybrid SEALLY mattress about five years ago and it was still under warranty. Matthew did a phenomenal job at finding a mattress that was very similar to the mattress that I had to warranty out. Matthew, was knowledgeable, friendly, and extremely patient with me. I have back & hip issues and he was able to get the perfect mattress to help alleviate my body pain. I recommend this store to anyone that is looking for the perfect mattress! read more

My experience coming to this store location was great. My mother and I came looking for a mattress that would be suitable for my comfort needs (back problems) and Loretta Waller was the person that came to give us help, while multitasking to take care of a couple who seemed to be interested in a mattress as well. Loretta was very kind, genuine, and extremely helpful with complying to what I was in search for. I'm so thankful for her help, because now I can go to sleep at night and not wake up with a grumpy attitude all because she took the time to hear what I was looking for and appointed me into the direction of what I would call a dream mattress. She was attentive at all times and made sure that me and my mom were properly helped, and she was also the only one on the floor at the moment to help us because her coworkers were currently out at the time. I definitely recommend coming to this location because there's a variety of great priced mattress that you can see if you can get coverage for, which Loretta didn't forget to mention to us as we were discussing our price range/budget. The day that we came was on Sunday May 5th, which happened to be Cinco de Mayo and Loretta was kind enough to offer us a special, to which included a bed frame + the mattress. If anyone decides to visit this location I would point you into her corner because she's very good at her job. The mattress was delivered and they even took the old one for us !! They called the day before and even 10 minutes before the scheduled drop off, to which I was very pleased about because my whole day wasn't waisted waiting. The whole time getting the mattress set up only took about 15 minutes. Great overall experience ordering from here. If I ever come back, I'll be coming back to this location and getting assistance from Loretta :) she made my whole experience better by just simply helping and listening. thanks again read more

My husband and I went in to buy a mattress and we feel like we bought the best mattress for us. We had a great experience with the manager Matthew Jordan. He wasn't pushy and he really listened to us. He asked insightful questions and gave us time to think and discuss in private. At no time did I feel like I was being pressured. I did feel like he was trying to help us find the best sleep solution for us. After we left, both of us agreed we felt great about our purchase. Also, because I am always checking prices I did look for the same mattress online and the cheapest place I found it was still selling it for $200 more than what we paid.
