Bought a mattress at a discount that was used for 30 days because the price of a good brand mattress like Sealy is high. Mattress is o.k. but they pushed the mattress pad that was very thin and might only last for one washing. It's in a box and they don't pull it out so you don't know until you open it. So not a perfect experience. I wished they wouldn't have pushed the pad because they have really nice mattress covers at Macy's that are not paper thin and a better deal on sale. read more

Went into sit n sleep Palmdale after spending 1 1/2 hours at Bobs furniture shopping for a mattress and being so confused and feeling like we were being upsold at Bobs especially when they told us our adjustable platform wouldn't work and we would have to purchase a new one. The bed are ok but the sheets truly suck. They are super thin and they tear. Had to exchange within 5 months then they said I could return even though they kept tearing apart in the middle of the bed, we have a dual so they lift up and the bottom was constantly tearing Management at the Palmdale store no help whatsoever you pay for $200 sheets you think the quality would be better than 300 thread count which they recommend you use on a bed that heats and cools and then they don't tell you that in order for your bed to actually cool you down the room with the temperature has to be below 70 which really sucks $11,000 for a king size bed $300 for sheets. If I could leave no stars, I would! I had the most frustrating and infuriating experience with Sit and Sleep, and I cannot recommend them to anyone based on my recent ordeal. First off, their business practices are fraudulent at best. I purchased a mattress from them, and after realizing it wasn't what I needed, I tried to initiate a return, as I was promised a "no-hassle" return policy. This couldn't have been further from the truth. They insisted I try a different type of mattress, even offering me a discount. I regrettably agreed. I called to cancel my order again, as this bed was even worse. I could barely sleep, and woke up sore and stiff and in pain every night. I was met with rude, dismissive staff who kept giving me the runaround. They continually pushed me off to different departments, making the process incredibly long and stressful. Each time I tried to speak to a manager, I was hung up on. Finally I spoke with a manager who refused my refund since I tried a new mattress. Its either return or exchange. I believe they fraudulently led me to believe I could exchange after the second trial, just to keep the sale. I told them to listen to the call recording to see what their salesperson told me, and they don't care. It's clear they're more interested in taking your money than providing any level of customer service or upholding any kind of transparency. Save yourself the headache and avoid this company like the plague. They clearly don't care about their customers and are only interested in exploiting people. If you're looking for a hassle-free shopping experience, look elsewhere. read more

The gentleman walked us directly to the mattresses we were interested in and gave us the rundown. He seemed genuine, very kind and knowledgeable. My mom has been a loyal customer of sit n sleep. But now she will no longer buy from this company. She had an adjustable bed frame delievered. The delivery man was by himself , set it up very fast , and didnt allow my mom to inspect the bed frame before he left. She didn't check it like she should have . 2 weeks later while changing her sheets she notice the tears. She called the customer service number and was told since she didnt call earlier they will not exchange the frame and the warranty does not cover it. They did say they would give her a discount, so $50 was taken off a $1000 bill. Now.we have to figure out how to fix the tear so it doesnt get bigger. Should have bought from Costco read more

My experience coming to this store location was great. My mother and I came looking for a mattress that would be suitable for my comfort needs (back problems) and Loretta Waller was the person that came to give us help, while multitasking to take care of a couple who seemed to be interested in a mattress as well. I'm so thankful for her help, because now I can go to sleep at night and not wake up with a grumpy attitude all because she took the time to hear what I was looking for and appointed me into the direction of what I would call a dream mattress. She was attentive at all times and made sure that me and my mom were properly helped, and she was also the only one on the floor at the moment to help us because her coworkers were currently out at the time. I definitely recommend coming to this location because there's a variety of great priced mattress that you can see if you can get coverage for, which Loretta didn't forget to mention to us as we were discussing our price range/budget. The day that we came was on Sunday May 5th, which happened to be Cinco de Mayo and Loretta was kind enough to offer us a special, to which included a bed frame + the mattress. If anyone decides to visit this location I would point you into her corner because she's very good at her job. The mattress was delivered and they even took the old one for us !! They called the day before and even 10 minutes before the scheduled drop off, to which I was very pleased about because my whole day wasn't waisted waiting. Warning to anyone buying from Sit n Sleep... I purchased a bed on August 27th 2022. I had to cancel the order on the same day. I never recieved the item nor was it shipped. When I spoke with Sit n Sleep on August 27th 2022 about the refund, they said it would take up to 10 business days. The purchase amount was $1829.58 for a new Queen Bed. I have spoken with 5 different people at sit and sleep, Maria, Yolanda, Narda, Tia, Melanie. I have been givin 5 different reasons as to why the refund has not been issued. Yesterday, Maria said that they are "Having troubles" and it will be another 5-10 business days before a refund can be ordered. I have filed a complaint with the attorney general and Better Business Bureau. read more
